Chris Ash and Drew Mehringer on the same staff
Marcus Freeman at Cincinnati (DC) should be getting a lot of DC consideration.
We fired that asshat
It has worked out decent for Brian Kelly after 2016
Oh ok because it seemed like his gf was the only person that liked him
Ash is prob more than fine as a DC despite being an emotionless corn boy
Yeah this does feel like an abbreviated version of Mack Brown post 2005.
I’d like to see Jay Harbaugh, ben mcdaniels and Mike zordich(good coach worthless recruiter) fired at Michigan.
Bob Stoops. Gary Patterson.
I think Herman is a lame duck. Only hope is you can give two guys 2 year contracts at 1.5 to 2 million per year guaranteed and lure them over. If it works they’ll land a great gig if not they get paid. But it’s wishful thinking
I hear he's coming after Joe Brady.
Northwestern making power moves for that coveted 3rd place standing in the power house B1G division
Sec firing errbody up in here
I like this guy as well. Only thing I'm wary on is how much Fickell is doing with the defense.
Regardless. Dude coaches pass rushers well. Should be a big time p5 school sooner than later.
Marcus Freeman is going to be a stud DC for someone next year.
Welcome to Hogville
I believe he is the only DC in 3 years to hold us under 30 pts. We shot ourselves in the dick over and over but still its something.
He’s only 33. He was DC at Purdue in Hazell’s last year in 2016. He has been DC at UC since 2017.
He’s one of the top young African American coordinators in the country.
I would love for him to come home to OSU, but we likely have to lose Hafley or Washington for that to happen.
Schiano negotiated a big (for RU standards) pool for assistant coaches. Wouldn't surprise me if he tried to go a stars and scrubs path for his staff, targeting guys he's worked with at OSU and hiring some up and comers he coached at RU
Brady would be an interesting candidate at ole miss, and that offense would have some fun weapons for him next year imo
I would love kiffin, briles, and a big name dc at arky. I think they'd be great and definitely a PITA for the west
God, if you were a failed HC and were content to live on buyout money and it would be so fun to troll media and every coaching carousel just start following recruits on twitter or coaches etc. and fuel speculation lol.
Yes I know it’s fake
Some these Rutgers potential assistant coaching hot boards are comical, yes Rutgers I am sure Chris partridge who turned down Alabama is going run to Rutgers as a position coach.
#Arkansas Razorbacks #Missouri Tigers #Mississippi Rebels
Not a name we're pursuing by all accounts but that'd be a solid hire for Ole Miss or Mizzou
I’m amused by these Arkansas is too good for that coach but would be a good hire for other schools that are in the same level of program
he didn't say that. he said that isn't a name we are hearing
why so sensitive
That’s not sensitivity, it’s just the 2nd or 3rd time he’s done that. It’s amusing.
Haven’t heard Fritz as a serious contender for the Ole Miss job either. Looking for younger blood. If we went for an older guy I’d prefer Bill Clark.
Missouri is the poster boy for lawless, uncontrollable programs and the sanctions are reflective of that. They're lower on the totem pole than not only Arkansas, but all programs with a full scholarship allotment.
He’s been mentioned w Mizzou but more in the “others to keep an eye on” types.
I dont think he’d be a bad hire, but not one to get super excited about. However, tbh - that’s the type of hire I’m expecting.
I don't think, other than general jesting, I've even commented on Mizzou's coaching search before that. What are you on about?
Death, taxes, Trumy posting fake accounts
You are both dummies
Just delaying the inevitable ax.
Thank goodness for you. One of the cfb writers retweeted it so figure it was legit. I apologize For nothing
Mike Leach to Ole Miss plz
