This is fine for real lol
Meadows just hit another homerun.
Meadows AND Glasnow AND Baz for Archer.
Meadows has reached base in 13 of his last 15 plate appearances with four homeruns. Quite the little run he’s on.
13 of 15 is ok, I guess. But he's no Tommy Pham
“Brandon Lowe just hit a ball that went 800 feet.” - Statcast AI Powered by Amazon Web Services
Love Pham so much.
Truman heads up but he is just goofin here buddy
There’s no way he will continue that pace
but what if he does
he's great. Hope he can stay on top of his eye issues.
Meadows reaches via walk. Folks, they just can’t keep the one-time Pirate great off the bases!
Archer was such a stupid trade.
Nice to see Alex Gordon off to a hot start.
He really gets down in a crouch for a big guy.
they just said on the broadcast that the Padres lead MLB in homers in April?? that can't be true, can it?
Seattle did play 2 extra in March
ok, broadcast was wrong, or maybe i heard wrong. padres do lead the NL in home runs in april though, which is insane
Injuries aside, the Yankees just aren't getting production from guy they need to get production from. Happ has been awful against awful teams. Chad Green is in some sort of funk. Britton has been bad. Greg Bird is useless, but I guess that's expected at this point.
H/T great move pinch hitting Chris Davis there
2 straight #1 picks, we got this shit on lock
Would be nice if it was a Strasburg/Harper scenario, next year isn't looking all that great.
Drafting a catcher #1 that isn't a sure thing is not good after Wieters.
3-run homer in top of the 10th! Felipe (former National) gets the save!
I literally cannot get enough Chris Davis stats
Watching these A's is so fun
Krush Davis with his 10th HR, a solo shot to deep right center in T8 that puts Oakland on top of Texas 7-6
Hey dblplay1212, it got a little dicey late, but your AL East-leading Tampa Bay Rays picked up another big win tonight, 11-7. The class of the division moves to 11-3 and currently leads the Yankees by 5.5 games. Have a great evening!
Keith law always knows how to bring the LOLs
He murdered the 2nd one he hit.
Last night the Giants radio broadcast was talking about their upcoming games with NYY. This will be NYY's second trip to Oracle Park since it opened 20 years ago. I found that hard to believe
Crowds should be electric given that though
I wonder what the odds of Khris Davis hitting .247 four years in a row is?
Lol don’t forget to tip your waitresses, folks. There’s a two-drink minimum.
This Dodgers/Brewers game has been bitching. 6-5 MIL to T6
Each team has scored two runs in an inning at least twice, with MIL's offense netting two runs in a frame three times so far
And Giants/Rockies 2-2 in B7 after Pomeranz pitched pretty well thru 5 IP
Push ups or sit ups for you tonight?
Doing this new routine where I do 1 pushup then raise my arms above my head once then do two pushups and then two arms raises and then three all the way till I get to 10 each
Do that once every three innings while mixing in some planks in a couple other innings and you're gonna be an animal. Working out without weights is so great if you get out and walk/run around a bunch as well
Man, sounds like a great routine.
Yankees heads are falling off
Gary Sanchez to the injured list
The home park advantages enjoyed by the Giants and Rockies are part of what makes baseball so unique. These teams can play a home and away series and see such huge differences in the outcomes on the balls they put in play
Blackmon just launched a ball to wayyy deep right center and seemed to think it was a sure HR. But it was a routine fly ball to Pillar
2-2 in B12
2-2 in T16. It's 3 AM ET and these juggernauts seem like they'll be playing all night
24 Ks by Rockies hitters as we head to B18 tied 2-2
Edit and it's over 3-2 the Giants walk off after 18. Rockies unable to get a force play at the plate on an infield hit in a bases loaded situation
And San Francisco wins it in the 18th.
everyone's favorite franchise with an NL best 10-5 record!! (and a 0 run differential...)
This actually warms my heart believe it or not.
Many of the fairweather Pirates fans I see on Twitter have whined for years over GM NH not making a splash at the deadline. A common line I see is "but muh prospects!".
They don't seem to grasp that prospects are the only way the Pirates can afford are willing to be competitive.
I like Chris Archer, dont get me wrong, but it's becoming apparent that the Pirates may have given up a little much.
