BW is a great kid Hope he kills it wherever he ends up. UCF does sound like and odd landing spot though.
What system would he possibly be good in? Milton is almost certainly out this season so they need a guy for 1 season to compete with the 3 in house guys already there.
He has a really strong arm and unreal legs but he struggles with easy throws. He threw more screens into the ground and middle routes over the head than he did to hands. He's an incredible talent he has not been able to put together the passing game consistently. When he is on he is really fucking good, the problem is that seems to change seres to series.
He will help your running game a lot, you kind of need to go run heavy with him. The timing quick passing game doesn’t come easy to him but he can sling it, just lacks touch. He can’t throw a screen or a crossing route to save his life. Maybe your scheme can help him, and after seeing the qb that replaced Milton I think wimbush is pretty close to him as far as throwing the ball. He is far better at running it
I think BW could be good in the UCF system, I just expected him to back east where he is from. I'll alway like him for the way he handled this year, dude was an awesome team player, even after he got benched he was still posting pics with Book at dinner and shit. Congrats to UCF if that is the answer, you got a hell of a guy and maybe that staff can make him what he can be on the field.
Civic Congaree, though, I really wish it was second car because Pathfinder Congaree would kill people.
He may be a pretty good fit then. We rarely threw any crossing routes or screens this year. A lot of hitches, slants and deep throws. Although it sounds like he could struggle with the slants/hitches. We should be able to run the ball against everyone on our schedule and really we just need to keep winning and making NY6 games. Can’t afford to have a big drop off this year without Milton.
Is this the transfer classifieds? If so ISO: WR’s that can catch and a young QB that can throw more than 10 yards.
I thought he was draftable. Decent arm, mobile, seemed smart with the ball. I hated to see him get injured, especially the severity of it. I just don't think he plays again though.
He was prob a mid-late round guy before and I think would have stuck on a roster. He seems to be doing pretty well so far but his surgery is in like 10 days so we'll see how that goes. I just hope he can live a normal life, be a hell of a coach in time.
He posted a video of himself doing leg presses on only the repaired leg last week so he’s progressing extremely well.
Plan is for him to apply for a Med. RS next season at the moment but you don’t apply till after the season so they are letting him rehab the best he can
There's potential for some bittersweet shit to happen in this scenario, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't interested in seeing what he could do under Lincoln.
