Thank goodness NFL decision makers appear to be ignoring that formula. Also you never posted how the % is calculated against their peers.
Man I was hipingIsabella would be there for the Cowboys pick in the 2nd. Doubt he is at this point now.
This isn't true at all. A ton of NFL front offices are moving to data like this as part of the eval. But you still have idiot talking heads who don't and thus the unwarranted hype for Jabobs. Feel terrible for the team who drafts this kid in round 1. Will be two rounds to early.
As far as I can tell someone said it was a travesty Bosh was going to make it in and Calvin Johnson wouldn’t.
As a developmental prospect, sure. But I think he needs seasoning, and the teams projected to take him need a day 1 starter.
The Jags definitely need a day 1 starter. But most mocks have him going to the Giants. They could definitely go at least half a season with Eli. As someone who watched every minute of his play this year, Haskins is 100% a NFL starting QB. It’s just matter of when.
Late to the party, but Lock needs to go to a team where he can sit for one/most of a year. If he can do that and be brought along slowly, I think he could be a very good NFL QB. Bringing him in to start from day 1 is asking for failure imo.
I think there are two 1st round QBs in this draft. A case can be made for Grier but the reports out of the senior bowl lead me to believe some character concerns are linked to him. With that said if your not landing one of those three your shit out of luck and drafting a project at best.
Based on? Haskins had one of the most efficient seasons by a QB in the history of the sport. He’s no more risky than Cam Newton. Would you make the case that Cam a Newton was a more risky prospect than Josh Allen?
Most post is being misinterpreted. The question at the end was rhetorical. In other words, I don’t think it sounds right to say Josh Allen was more of a cant miss prospect than Haskins. I’d draft him if I were the Giants GM.
No thanks. We need depth at OT, but our OL play was outstanding the last half of the year. A high pick there seems like a waste.
this isnt accurate. look at the giants depth chart. we need to replace AT LEAST 8 starters but there is a good argument for 11 (QB, C, RG, RT, DT, all four current starting LBs, #2 CB, FS) which is not even taking into account building up some semblance of depth. we arent even close to being in win now mode no matter what our moron GM wants to say. i'm fine with riding out the eli era for one more year and then letting haskins take over the team in 2020
