With someone buying him from inter. Can’t see it being resolved any other way. Just not sure where he ends up. Not sure I’m buying the juve rumors. If sarri wants Ronaldo at striker, icardi would rarely play.
Well yeah but the list of possible destinations seems pretty narrow given his wages, demands, and baggage.
Lewis Dunk to Leicester from Brighton for £45m, using the funds from Harry Maguire's move to ManUnited
seems like you could easily solve that problem using your academy and cheap, squad players before you spend 45M on Lewis Dunk.
1. Normally I would agree but we are talking about Leicester. Their roster was already fine. 2. Who cares about home grown players any longer? 3. Even if someone cared, what are you going to do to them? Hold them out of the FA Cup? 4. There are probably 50 defenders they could buy from the Championship that would cost under a million that could sit on the bench and still fulfill the home grown quota if need be.
I’m not saying I would spend that money on Lewis dunk. I’m just saying that’s one of the reasons teams continue to overpay. I agree on using more championship players for championships prices as backups or academy players if the teams academy has someone. Danny drinkwater looks worse than half our academy right now yet we still dropped £35m on him. Ampadu, mason mount and even 18 year old bill Gilmour have looked better that drinkwater so far.
Well the bosses said the team was getting overhauled. Turns out they meant Bayern II, but holy shit they’re gonna wreck the third tier.
I will always have love for Delph for 2 reasons. 1. He did a fine job at LB for a period during the 100 point season 2.
He was right about the 5 players and have already spent 135M and are still aggressively going after others

(The hilariousness to me is that a new manager would have the ability to sanction a move with Ashley's money)
Probably a smart move for him. We better be getting a player from them because we could have shopped him around and gotten more money.
I just don't understand why Spurs would want to get rid of Trippier. Is there a RB in the league who contributed more going forward outside of TAA?
Kyle Walker had like 4 successful crosses all year. City's depth has eliminated the need for him to really push forward.
No one is upset with this departure. There is a rising concern about the backline (Alderweireld has a 50/50 shot to leave, Rose not attending our Far East preseason tour). All of our transfer links have been with midfielders and attackers (depends how one classified Sessegnon, LB by definition but he'll be a winger in the future).
This. Perhaps, like this Trippier for Correa + $, somehow including Toby and $ for Zaniolo (if I'm remembering correctly). Then again, journos just love to overcomplicate transfers and player swaps are infinitely rarer than player swap articles.
