It's a beautiful day, indeed.
Been looking into the the new rule about hiring off field coaches due to fsu trying to get a coach off the field. The rumors are the the NCAA denied them based on the rule, however it appears UF just blatantly broke the rule. UF just hired 7v7 coach to an off field position, however he coached a 2019 commit.
Here is the rule
Spoiler: Rule and definition.
13.02.19 Individual Associated with a Prospective Student-Athlete -- Bowl Subdivision Football. [FBS] In bowl subdivision football, an individual associated with a prospective student-athlete is any person who maintains (or directs others to maintain) contact with the prospective student-athlete, the prospective student-athlete's relatives or legal guardians, or coaches at any point during the prospective student-athlete's participation in football, and whose contact is directly or indirectly related to either the prospective student-athlete's athletic skills and abilities or the prospective studentathlete's recruitment by or enrollment in an NCAA institution. This definition includes, but is not limited to, parents, legal guardians, handlers, personal trainers and coaches. An individual who meets this definition retains such status during the enrollment of the prospective student-athlete at the institution. 11.4.4 Individual Associated with a Prospective Student-Athlete -- Bowl Subdivision Football. [FBS] In bowl subdivision football, during a two-year period before a prospective student-athlete's anticipated enrollment and a two-year period after the prospective student-athlete's actual enrollment, an institution shall not employ (either on a salaried or volunteer basis) or enter into a contract for future employment with an individual associated with the prospective student-athlete in any athletics department noncoaching staff position or in a strength and conditioning staff position.
Also, got this from UGA website so well done UGA
My guess is that UF either doesnt care, or does not view a 7v7 coach as a IAWP. I also think they dont want to grant Kelly anything because he has show clause in his past. The kid UF signed isnt some all star so its not a big deal, just curious.
Televised projections for the first 3 weeks of the season. This site is usually pretty close.
Week 3 this year is really bad.

I see nothing wrong with 9 wins for LSU. UF, Auburn & TAMU come to Baton Rouge. The road games are somewhat a toss up (UT, STATE, UA & OM) at this point. But at the very least LSU should go 2-2 on the road.
Drop Rob Stone. Add Jenny Taft.
Not a lot of value in Taylor Martinez
Getting Stanford at noon in Sept sounds good to me. Prefer 3 but either way their hearts might explode.

Looking forward to a great upcoming season.
