Pick 2, 0.5 PPR
Edelman vs. SEA
Brown vs. MIA
Moss vs. MIA
How much money should I put in faab for malcolm brown?
#1 waiver priority in two leagues so I'm grabbing Hines in both
Also going to try to grab Joshua Kelley, but I'm nervous I'm making a dumb move by dropping Justin Jefferson (keeper league).
This is Malcolm Brown's 6th year... what changed? Is it just week1 hype that will fade and Akers will takeover #1 spot?
Ppl still use waiver priority?
ESPN folks.. does anyone know if there is a way to change the time guys come off waivers? We have a guy who works nights in our league and he always gets whoever he wants because he is the only 1 up at that time.
Does no one put in claims or are people trying to not burn their place in line?
3 out of my 3 money leagues use waivers, so yeah I think so.
As opposed to what, FAAB?
So I was able to get Snell. Now I get to play “who to start” between him and Conner.
People try to save up their waiver priority
Cards D/ST vs Washington or Browns D/ST vs Bengals? Missed out on titans
Bidding is clearly superior. Waiver Wire is terrible
It sounds like they have every chance to get who they want but don’t want to use their waiver. They know there’s a chance they don’t get who they want.
Thinking about picking up a backup TE bc Matt Ryan sucks. Goedert or Hockenson?
Goedert. Not close.
If Goedert is available he should be on almost everyone's roster.
That's who I grabbed. Good to know I agree with a couple of Bammers.
Also grabbed Goedert for $8, let’s make those Zach Ertz trade rumors a reality.
put in 10% bids for both Hines and Snell... not sold on either being slam dunks. obviously didn’t get them...they went to the same owner. he bid 20% on each.
cant imagine blowing 40% of my wad after week one
Need a flex starter
DJ Moore vs the bucs
David Johnson vs the Ravens
Juju vs Broncos
Sanders vs the Rams
I have them in order of best plays i think but not sure if someone has a better idea for me
Anyone subscribe to Establish the Run? Adam and Evan are great, and the content seems to be top tier, but the price point is just absurd unless you're a DFS grinder
16 bucks for Brown - got him
4 bucks for Goedert - got him
Now expecting that game 1 were flukes for both
honestly i think 4 bucks for goedert shouldnt happen
Makes sense to be aggressive early with FAAB. It’s rare you find a guy midseason on waiver wire thats a season-long gamechanger. Its best to be really aggressive early and hope one of the week 1 or 2 guys ends up keeping it up all year. I’d rather pay 40% on a possible RB2 in wk 1 then spend 5% on a bunch of RB4’s and WR4’s and streamers all season.
This is primarily for 12-team leagues though. Smaller leagues make it easier to find guys midseason.
Was able to get Hines in one league and Snell and Goedert in the other. Good morning to me.
Probably Brown and Edelman but that is tough
WR Michael Gallup vs ATL
WR DJ Moore Vs TB
RB Michael Brown vs PHI
RB James Robinson vs TEN
RB Sony Michel vs SEA
Need 1 WR and 1 Flex from above standard.
it’s a 10-teamer so the wire tends to be thicc
it could work out for him i guess. personally tho I would feel super handcuffed if I was down 40% unless it’s a slam dunk add.
I already have Waller. I don't know if I should player him over Waller or not
Pick 2 PPR Lamb, Shenault, or MVS
might have to play all 3 if Sutton doesn’t play
edit: and MVS
MVS, coin flip Lamb/Shenault. Falcons D is awful, Dallas should be throwing.
Edit: Lean Lamb for the second spot.
Really beating myself up post draft/week 1... I took Cam Akers over Jonathan Taylor.. just really talked myself into him.
Trying to package Chubb in a deal to the owner of Taylor, unfortunately we play each other this weekend though. But Taylor is a potential 4th round keeper and I'm losing faith in Chubb with the Hunt split. Is a straight up trade crazy?
Ask bama1 what he spent on Malcolm Brown week 1
WR Devante Adams
RB David Johnson
TE Henry, Hockenstien
Flex Options - McLaurin, Dobbins, Swift Anthony Miller
Thoughts on who to start at TE and Flex? .5 PPR. Pretty set on McLaurin, struggling w TE
If I was the Taylor owner, Im not trading straight up
Yeah I don't think it will get it done either. I'm looking at some packages including WRs to get something done.
Unfortunately I'm dealing with the worst owner in our league to do trades with
bama1 how much did you spend on malcolm brown
i wouldnt start him over waller as of right now. Dont like the matchup either
No one can make trades on our league anymore. It’s pretty much impossible because everyone over values their own players and everyone loves to shit on the trades. It has to be a super obvious one where one guy is loaded at WR and the other is loaded at RB. Even then it’s tough.
It’s pretty annoying.
Not close? That’s a wild take at this point of the year.
I wouldn’t automatically assume the Washington Offense will be as bad as 2019. It’s only one game, but Haskins was fairly sharp in the second half leading the comeback from 7-17 to a 27-17 win. Washington may be much better on D this year as well, putting the offense in better position. They got 8 sacks against Philly.
I would bet against the rookie Burrow with the Browns looking to bounce back from a humiliating loss.
