This is amazing
I went to check Inciarte's OPS, hoping it was close enough to Bellinger's to make fun of him further, but nope... .553
He's slugging .275
I'm sure you can check another random/bad player and their OPS will be higher than Belli's.
None will sting as badly as Ender would have.
How much longer is Lux gonna get the chance to get things going?
the rest of the season, and then all of 2021 when he is the full-time starting 2B
Good thing they got Mookie or giving such a long leash to these guys might cost them
what else are they going to do right now? Play Hernandez every day? No thanks.
good series SD
Cole with 5 Ks through 3 IP
Ohh and Judge back in the lineup fuck yeah
Some guy named Keegan Akin has 7 Ks through 3 innings against the Braves.
Tim Anderson now 7/11 in this series vs Minny after a leadoff single to the opposite field. Damn
Were they all this level call?
deGrom only lasted two innings and 40 pitches
Hopefully Hamels understands that every postseason opponent will be better than the Orioles
LeMahieu now has his average up over .370
That signing was just crazy good in hindsight
Lol Lester getting fucked by this home plate ump
Odorizzi currently making his first start of the year vs a team other than KC. Looks like he's got a blister issue and he's bleeding a bit from it. Would like to see him stay healthy and get back to his first half form from 2019
Buxton is super hot. 2-run HR off Giolito in T4 makes it 3-0 Twins
Please stay healthy
Drone delay in Wrigley
Get a room
That's at least the third I've seen this year. Wild
Already got one for my fling with Dansby. Hamels can join too, he's got that nice surfer body
100 my ass
Phillies leads in 25+ games, the bullpen is a disaster
Cubs tied 2-2 in seventh with Cleveland first two at bats are single and double. So second and third no outs. Can’t get a single run in from our 1,2,3 batters.
13 HR in the last 2games for the Yankees.
Playing in a little park has its benefits
lol at Cleveland bunting into an out at third with runners at 1st/2nd and no outs in T10
Smyly had 8 K in 4 IP of relief for SF back on September 10th. Starting tonight and he has 7 Ks through 3.1 IP
how you gonna throw an 0-2 pitch anywhere near the zone to freaking Baez with the bases loaded in B10 of a 2-2 game??
bounce that thing and move on to the 11th
Angels are such a drag to watch outside Trout and Rendon
they've given up 9 runs in consecutive home games vs the Dbacks, who are pretty easily the worst team in the NL West right now
pretty sure the Dbacks had scored 9 or more runs just once in their previous 25 games
I couldn't imagine life without Javy
He's the best
I honestly don't think I've watched an Angels game not including the Cubs since 2001
They are depressing
Freeman now tied with Tatis atop the FanGraphs WAR leaderboard. Come on, young man, get it going again so we don't have a 1B leading the way
LeMahieu at 2.0 WAR through 39 games, so on an 8-WAR pace for 160 games. Gonna do a bit better than a 2-year $24 million deal this winter I'd imagine
day game between White Sox and Twins today
Bieber vs Mize this evening
Twins and White Sox tied 2-2 in B5
Buxton has two solo HRs. His career high is 16, which came in 140 games
What in the world
Fuck off Yankees
They take Judge off of the IL to just not play him?
Lol Abreu with a 2-out infield single that ties it 3-3 in B7
Eloy doubles to tack on another and make it 4-3 Chicago
Mariners with 4 runs in B2. Still on the Astros heels
White Sox win 4-3 and clinch a spot in the postseason for the first time since 2008
congrats on kumar devine
i’ll take leiter
mariners win today and they’re within a game and a half of the stros
Giants are just pesky man. 2 runs in T6 and 3 in T7 to take a 6-4 lead on the M's
Happy for the White Sox fans here. And excited to see that group of hitters play some postseason ball
The White Sox fucking rock, so happy right now.
something to be said for landing elite arms from the Northeast given the limited mileage. Leiter might be a bit different given his background and exposure to the game, but generally guys from MA/NY/NJ/etc don't have near the innings on their arms that kids who grow up in FL, GA, TX, TN, etc do
