I am pretty neutral as a driver and like him as a person I’m not going to hold anything against them because of stuff they say when mic’d up in the heat of competition
They should be able to put more fuel in during a red flag. That’s silly he “loses” because he didn’t have enough fuel to tear
Every team will bring a new engine for Spa/Monza. If they can’t reuse Perez’s engine (which was already his second) then Red Bull will have to use a fourth engine later in the season. Anything more than the allotted three in a season is an automatic grid penalty.
Are you calling him a whiny bitch because he said he's still dealing with side effects of having COVID? Did you see him on the podium after the race? ....or are you calling him a whiny bitch in relation to something else?
That restart was amazing. Can only Imagine was Lewis was thinking when he noticed no one else was lining up.
Pretty sure the gross comment was related to calling Lewis a whiny bitch because he was talking about still dealing with the side affects of COVID.
I don't care for Hamiltons entitled (imo) takes about racing equity, but he is the best driver in the world and has been for quite some time. People are quick to forget Max's early reckless era. Lewis also isn't the only driver to moan and complain. Carry on.
So you just think it's dumb that he calls him a bitch, which is fine. I was confused how you landed on gross.
Poor Seb, that’s a really bad error from those in the pit lane. They could’ve had him lean out the mix and save gas.
So Seb and Ocon both seemingly ran out of gas, yet Seb was get only one who didn’t have enough for a sample?
aston Martin is saying there is enough gas. But for some reason they can’t get enough out for a sample. They are impounding the car with FIA so they can appeal the decision and figure out how to get the gas out.
has there been any explanation from Mercedes regarding Valterri's slow start and running back on Lando? It's like he was half a second behind everyone else
He had a terrible start. Looked like he panicked and tried to make it up and hit the brakes way too late
Bottas move had the greatest impact on the race and everyone will focus on that, but what Lance did was 100 times worse. Like where in the fuck did he think he was going? Some really terrible driving yesterday by those two.
Bottas: Makes a terrible start dropping to P5 before turn one. Mercedes: Valterri, it’s James. For real though, this was Valterri’s explanation. Pretty standard stuff, and part of the reason people live wet weather races - chaos ensues.
I think Hungary being a tough track to pass on also played a huge role in the clusterfuck start. A quickly drying but still damp track, the start of the race is where you had to make moves.
I said the same thing when they showed the Stroll on-board. It was a truly horrific bit of driving by him. He wasn't even close to making that corner. LEC was rightfully pissed about it.
They were able to get the required amount of fuel out of the Alpine. Aston is saying the correct amount of fuel is in the tank but they can’t get it out of the tank. That seems odd but they are fighting the ruling.
I didn't realize that each team had its own fuel supplier. Makes sense now why each one is sponsored by a different o&g company now If the FIA is looking to keep costs down for the teams, wouldn't making 1 supplier be the route to go?
Keep the costs down by telling the teams that their o&g sponsor can't provide them with o&g any longer so they then lose said sponsor, costing them money?
