I’m sorry. I became a Chiefs fan bc of being a Tech fan and mahomes being QB. looks like I have brought the Tech defense as well. I will no longer root for the Chiefs. Sorry guys. Should improve immediately.
If any does anything short of beating the entire team with a belt and throwing out Spagnuolo like Jazz, I'd be disappointed.
Jones @ DE & still playing dirty dan should be fireable offenses. Also Mahomes hasn't looked sharp this whole season. Wonder if he's getting enough sleep with a baby at home.
Would have to agree with all of this. Pat just has been really off for some long stretches. It's concerning. In other (good) news, someone else finally fucking knocked out X-Factor, apparently.
I mean like......what the fuck was Sorenson even thinking there? Why the fuck is he on the field? What the fuck.
Shit I’d rather him be lighting Spags/Andy up. Dan can’t take himself out of the game, unfortunately.
Best news of the night. I have a couple dumb shit buddies who every time we see him at a game go get a pic with the guy likes he’s some celebrity. It’s embarrassing.
I’ve said it a bunch of times. Dan has to have some shit on Andy. Like he walked in on him helping Brit hide the body of a kid he ran over or something.
Constantly playing from behind makes a team one-dimensional. This defense allows teams to install their half-time adjustments on Wednesday and show up ready to sell out against the pass. It’s fucking ridiculous.
Badger calls Dan ‘kind of embarrassing’ in post game presser. Source: Me, definitely not misquoting him.
I just don't see an easy fix for this Defense. Guys look at each other confused a lot as a big TD is given up and a certain Linebacker was literally running away from the play tonight. This shit is Bob Sutton awful with none of the sacks. It's hard to explain how a unit with minimal turnover regressed so much in year 3. Don't see it ever improving.
They got fucked up bad last night and were still about one play away from being in it at the end. Patrick makes that throw to Hardman on the INT or Hill catches that pass there’s a very good chance one of those drives results in enough points to make it a one possession game. The Bills probably still win. The other two losses were similar in that way that despite playing at a shit level they were a stupid turnover away from those becoming likely wins. Those mistakes that are keeping KC from are mostly preventable. I hate to steal from the SNF crew, but they are mostly right that more plays for the offense equals more risk of making a mistake. They have seen the looks enough now to know how to scheme it up. Patrick also said post game that the receivers were not on the same page as him regarding route adjustments. That’s communication and planning. They’ll get that tightened up. Losing CEH hurts, but not as much as a starter usually would. Jet and DW can be effective once they are primary pieces in the game plan. Maybe whatever time he misses will clear his head and he can work on ball security drills all day. Idk. Defensively, they’re going to be bad. I love to hammer on Dan getting pulled, but I know it’s not a fix-all. There are ways to get one more 3rd-down stop with what they have. Clark used to wreck shop against the run. He had a couple of plays tonight that flashed that. I don’t think he’ll be back to 2019 form, but I think he can make a tackle. Jones needs to be worked back inside on obvious passing downs. Let him wreck shop in there when they’re backed up in 3rd and long and then get then run players back inside for the base defense. The strength of the defense (I know…) is up front. You’ve got to get more out of those guys and not let OL or RBs get to the second level. Shit, stunt guys like Danna or something to help fill. The secondary can be good. They have players that make plays, but then do really stupid things. Like Sneed. He makes great plays, then twists himself all up and let’s a hundred year old WR put the move on him. Teams also figured out that they can exploit the bad defense even more by moving quickly or using motion. Everyone not in a 3-point stance is bewildered by this. It’s so frustrating that literally everyone can see the path. I’m ranting and a decent portion of this is probably not accurate, but it makes me feel better for now.

If Jones and Clark can’t be bothered to tough it out, just fucking cut them and get the cap space back. Infuriating they are like the second and third highest paid players on this team and can’t play.
I know wrists are important for linemen and all, but can’t Jones put a damn brace on and take a cortisone shot and play?
