dark days for the bunt boys
Nl central represent
What a catch from Wade saving a bunch of runs
Jesus fucking Christ
Late Night LaMonte with a hell of a catch.
The outfield play in this series has been phenomenal.
Buhler just throwing wiffleballs
Glad this broadcast has the kzone and radar gun so I could see that Brusdar hit 103 for a strike.
Can’t wait for the scorecard
Indeed, because the baseball thread is for baseball related discussions
That’s why I said I can’t wait
Lux has played pretty well but can Ron Darling cool it down some. The phrase sensational all year and Lux do not belong together.
He has been great since August. Before that, he was largely bad. Glad he has found it, but that statement was absurd.
That was a low key really good play by Littel
vesia fresh off a jack horner set and onto the mound
Treinen is the vaccine for the Giants offense.
See ya for Game 5
this is so wild. the Braves just woke up one day and were like "yeah I think we'll start playing modern defense."
Snit woke up with a feel in his gut that told him to shift that
Who would want him on $16m?
No one, they will probably eat the $ for some youth.
Also, no game today sucks.
Brad Hand was unmovable last offseason before he was dumped by Cleveland. His stuff wasn't nearly as good, but he was making $6M less, too. Kimbrel seeming to be incapable of doing anything but "start and pitch the 9th inning" really limits the possibilities of who he can go to, as well.
why not just pay "cash considerations" for youth then?
Yeah I don't disagree with your point, I was just answering your question. No way anyone takes all that money on.
Hope the game goes 30 innings.
Whomst could’ve seen that Kimbrel trade going so poorly
The last 30 days of the season the Brewers were 29th in OPS, 30th in average, 18th in HR, 27th in RBI, 26th in runs, 30th in hits, 29th in OBP, 30th in slugging %.
September was a regression back to the mean.
The world was just making up for that Bohm not touching home plate debacle.
No baseball tonight sucks. Shame Houston and Boston couldn't just start their series tonight for my entertainment purposes. Not sure what their problem is.
Didn't it start with sweeping the Cardinals too? Or was that the end of August. No one will ever solve the baseball momentum going into the playoffs puzzle, but they definitely fall in the category of coasting in and not turning it back on when it counted
Feel like the Brewers completely over perform every regular season then expectations are built for them and they suck ass in the playoffs
Think that was more true in past years when they were piecing together 6 innings of pitching most nights. This year the pitching was legit. The offense was always a question, but that's a really good team if Yelich is half of what he was in 2019.
And if JBJ did anything other than be a warm body on defense
Or if Hiura wasn't a bust
#Cleveland Guardians any insight on Carter Hawkins your assistant GM? Cubs apparently are hiring him to be our new GM.
RIP Ray Fosse
Damn that sucks. Him and Kuiper were an awesome broadcast team.
