Hellams had a rough start to the season but I think he has been a better safety than Battle this year. Battle has been good.
Foster didn’t get much hype this year since we are bad, but he’s about as good as any safety in college. Makes great plays on the ball, doesn’t get beat for big gains in coverage, and makes a ton of tackles.
I don't know when we last had two players make the first team All SEC. It may be never. Without checking I wonder if Jamaal Anderson was first team DE in 2006. I know McFadden was first team RB.
A little surprised Reichard didn’t make either team, but idk much about the other guys. edit: Didn’t realize he missed four FGs this year, makes sense.
I’m so used to seeing Cecil’s tweets that I see his face and think “oh what’s up” before I remember he passed. Fucking sucks.
Damn... last one out of Auburn make sure to turn off the lights. Rats jumping off a sinking ship down there
But on the other hand, you know his body isn’t too beat up given his penchant for running out of bounds
Lest it be forgotten, the other option the Auburn brain trust wanted was Kevin Steele. This was after they fired one of the two guys who has beaten Nick Saban at Alabama three times.
Does this mean Bo won’t be fulfilling his destiny taking over the Stan White Allstate agent and Auburn radio color role?
Hmm. Struggling to figure out who the other person to beat Saban 3 times is. This one of your trivia questions? I can think of twice for Les Miles and Dabo. I guess Les 07, 10, 11?
