There are 94 players returning for 2022 who made All Big Ten or honorable mention in 2021. 56/94 are players in the Big Ten East.

There are 73 players in the Big Ten who made at least one preseason awards watch list. Penn State leads the conference with 11 players.

All 14 Big Ten coaches return, the first time that has happened since 2010.
