Oh my. Stanford probably has that solo.
One of my great regrets is not making the trip in 2010 and 2011, and then having an opportunity to go while my brother in law was living in Omaha, and still not making it happen.
It should've been NC State
Hopefully they learned their lesson
Would’ve loved to beat the fuck out of them too.
Also HAIL FUCKING STATE
i would have laughed my ass off if corbin challenged it
What a night
True fact Croomsday is one of the best posters around, hope you’re enjoying buddy!
I’m surprised that chickenshit didn’t challenge it, TBH
Did he really? If true that’s unfortunate. Hope all is well Cornelius Suttree
Congrats Miss St fans
I think it was something we deserved.
Congrats again tigr2ndbase Croomsday Rammer Jammer
tomorrow y’all wake up as the champs
or just stay up all night drinking celebrating an amazing accomplishment like you will probably do for no reason
No alcoholism shaming please
It still hasn’t set in. Awesome feeling.
Did I cry like a mother fucker last night? Absolutely. Had a flashback of Jake Mangum fighting back tears and telling Lemonis at the final presser of 2019 “You’re gonna bring this baseball program its first national title. You are and it’s going to be awesome.”, little did I know it would be this fast.
Oh and lol @ this
Cornelius Suttree texted me and tipped his cap to Miss State.
Jk he didn't text me but that's prob what he'd do
Happy for my state friends. Had a good bit friends bring there son’s to Omaha this week. Enjoyed seeing them send pics and have a good time.
Great baseball school and glad they finally got theirs.
I find the whole contingent of MS poster from Ole Miss, MS State and Southern Miss to generally be reasonable and enjoyable posters. Really a drama free bunch of posters
I missed this during the celebration but Logan Tanner threw up the Wolfpack symbol during his homerun trot last night.
Looked like he was throwing up the Horns IMO

Good pitching leads to a championship??
can someone tell me why people like this dude’s merch? it’s terrible and boring
It looks like something these guys would put out
Hours? You telling me they left Omaha right after they won?
That was after our celebration back in Starkville on Friday. They flew back Thursday.
lil help FadeMe
I almost said fuck off because I hate baseball, but I can't be that mean.
D1Baseball Crystal Ball: Eight For Omaha In 2022
ANALYSIS D1 Baseball Staff - July 7, 2021
At the end of each College World Series, we break down some early contenders for the following season’s CWS field. In years past, the draft has always been concluded and the transfer portal was not a factor because players had to sit out a year when the switched to a different Division I school, so we could offer a lot more insight on our way-too-early eight for Omaha picks. But this year, with the draft moved to mid-July and the transfer portal still re-shaping many rosters, the college baseball landscape offers far less clarity. So rather than go into detail on each of our teams, we’ve asked all of our staffers to take a swing at how next year’s CWS field might shape up, but we’ll save the analysis for later in the summer after the rosters have crystallized. We’ll surely also revise our picks in Version 2 at the end of the summer.
But we know you’re hungry for a sneak peek, so here’s our first stab at predicting next year’s CWS field. In last year’s exercise, Eric Sorenson proved the most prescient, correctly pegging Vanderbilt, Texas and Arizona to make the 2021 CWS. Aaron Fitt hit on Vandy and Virginia, while Kendall Rogers was right on just Vanderbilt. Of course, it’s worth noting that last year’s exercise came at the end of a pandemic-shortened season, so our dart throws were less informed than usual. But it’s worth noting that we’ve had more success in past years, with more data at our disposal: Fitt and Rogers both correctly identified five of the eight 2017 CWS participants a year in advance, and Fitt also went 5-for-8 in 2018.
Without further ado, here are our early picks for 2022.

is our pitching going to be very good? yes
but we cant field or hit so I dont know how you could say we'll be in Omaha
Eric Sorenson going out on the Alabama limb is pretty bold.
No Nebraska? Flawed list
I just want to say it feels good to see our logo and it mean something positive on this board.
The ump, Jeff Henrichs, is a family friend on my mom's side. My grandpa on that side just passed away and the funeral was this past Friday and Jeff came, so I chatted with him a bit and told him I thought he made the right call and he just smiled and said "thanks, me too."
I would get anxiety umpiring little league games, I can’t imagine handling games that actually matter.
Yeah, I used to umpire little league when I was in high school and those parents were the fucking worst and made me hate it. Can't imagine doing it for games that actually matter.
Was umping and a mom slapped my buddy who was behind the plate because “ her 9 year old knows the difference between strikes and balls and would’ve swung if it was a strike” the cops escorted her out of the park shortly after.
Cool and terrific
