    I’m calling my shot that the Brewers win the World Series this year. Counsell will probably try to do some goofy shit in the postseason, but this filthy rotation is going to be fresh for October by going to a 6 man staff. I’d guess they’ll periodically skip starts in the second half too because they’ll run away with the central.

    Feels like we go through this phase with Chapman every year. Something gets out of sync, he loses control of his fastball, and he's absolutely ass without it. He's allowed runs in 5 straight outings. The Yankees bullpen went from great to shaky real quick in losing Green and Chapman doing this.

    padres about to increase our run differential for the season by 50% in one game. been lucky to play a whole bunch of below .500 teams, but have a stretch of games coming up against the other top teams in the NL.

    just completed a 9 game road trip in atl, phi, and sf and took 7 of 9. not too shabby
