The broadcast was hilarious. They were complimenting Kowar and his change up because I think he just used it to K Peña. Word for word was something like “that was a nasty change there for the strike out but we know this isn’t a hitter to use it on. ‘Yeah, even if you don’t hang it he’ll still crush it’.” Like 3 pitches and 450 feet later….the incompetence involved with the KC pitching staff is mind blowing.

That chart reminds me of something I was reading back in the first few weeks of the college season. Some dude thought Tennessee was going to be the best team because they were the best in the nation at stuff/velo on the mound and bat speed at the plate

You get pitchers with absurd stuff and hitters with elite bat speed and you'll win a lotta games
