i wasnt complaining. just noting you once again childishly insisting something sucks for no actual reason
I’m not seeing anything bolded but yes he hired an OC from New England and then unexpectedly fired him after 1 year gets Chan fucking Gailey out of retirement to replace him, and once it ends up a disaster gets rid of him hires 2 official co-OC’s but at one point had a third coach calling the plays and that ended up a disaster with him wanting to fire atleast one of them sure he won games and the 7-0 mark was great during the season but he also lead us to a 1-7 start and we lost to teams like Atlanta and Jacksonville I don’t think he deserves all the blame for this mess, but he sure deserves a good amount of it
name something shanahan has done that’s been impressive other than the two massive super bowl collapses? This was what? His second winning season ever?
So they are working the lines trying to see if there is someone else that might be interested, right?
mike mccarthy is constantly shit on and he actually won a sb shanahan had an embarrassing collapse in the super bowl that was the most memorable thing about that game
he evaluates things through the eyes of a small child. everything that isnt the best thing ever automatically is the worst thing in the world
dan quinn also made a super bowl and failed miserably but he wasn’t praised like he was some great coach
If you're talking about a league that has 32 franchises with 32 HC spots available and starting from a place that allows for only 3-5 of those 32 spots to be filled by people who don't suck, perhaps your perspective is the problem. And that seems to be your perspective on everything in every sport, which is what makes shit like this really stupid and tiring.
thats not even true i just said Culley did a good job it’s nauseating that these young coaches that haven’t won shit are touted as geniuses constantly it’s especially bad in the nfl
TIL making the Super Bowl with Jared Goff as your QB is not impressive, fire McVay and his Chunky Soup commercials into the sun
It's almost like at one time McCarthy was quite good and then his shit got stale, his gm had dementia, the roster got expensive, he was overly loyal to a crappy defensive coordinator and things fell apart. You take the most simpleton view on things where one take applies to an entire person's career and it never gets better or worse from there.
Yep. The Giants before these recent hires wanted to be compared to the Steelers as a franchise. Goes to show that it is not that easy and you got to give more credit to the Steelers. But they did it to themselves with those hires and the Dave Gettlemen hire was as bad as many thought it would be.
Dan Quinn trending to Denver makes no sense. If you're going to trade one defensive coach for another, why go with one who is going to want to cycle out a lot of your defensive personnel to fit his own system when your problem is on the offensive side of the ball. That's dumb as shit.
Dan Quinn is a shitty coach and drafter that had one good year and progressively got worse. Fine as a DC but better hope and team that hires him has a spectacular OC and a GM in full control.
Marrone is BOB’s BFF. Is it possible he actually returns to Jacksonville as BOB’s OC or OL coach if BOB gets the job?
Does Dennis Allen have some ridiculous personality that makes him a bad HC candidate? His name doesn't come up at all despite turning the Saints into one of the best in the league on defense.
Dude is pretty stale. Seem to remember the Raiders fans/media not really liking him because he was pretty boring. Hell of a defensive coach though.
I feel like you get a three year window from when you’re fired to get a new HC job, and if it doesn’t happen during that window, it’s almost impossible to ever get hired again.
