I am guessing that this contract just probably doesn't fit neatly into their presentation. It probably has something to do with this. There is flexibility on the Packers side with an option and they might be assuming it's picked up.
I’ve never seen a coach be called a coward for resting starters when they are locked in to a playoff spot
San Diego curse is strong. I have less animosity now than I did even they first left, but I’m not sad that the chargers will never win anything.
He’s not long for coaching the Rams imo. He’ll actually step away in the next year or two, at least temporarily. He should have done it last year and gotten $20m a Amazon for a couple of years. Big dumb dumb
also a coach playing his guys in a meaningless game (for them) to stop the first 16-0 regular season is light years different than a coach playing his guys to beat the 2022-2023 broncos. what a silly comparison
Oh that’s my point. All San Diego teams are cursed and that’s still impacting them even after they got out
Look ar Brees for example Career looked to be done after a devastating shoulder injury. Enough for Nick Saban to choose Culpepper ahead of him. Then poof he gets away from SD and becomes one of the greatest passers of all time
Brees was obviously talented and showed some of it while in SD, but that was the perfect marriage in NOLA with Payton. He goes to Mia and whi knows how his career would have looked
DJ Reader has been their best player this season. Quinnen Williams and Chris Jones are absolutely deserving of first team. Lawrence and Simmons deserve second team as well. Reader missed a month of the season so I totally understand why he didn’t make it.
As much as I'd love to play the "nobody respects us" card, it's hard to argue that any Bengals player should have made it over the players selected. Reader, as mentioned, has been hurt. Chase missed almost a quarter of the season. I think you could make an argument for Burrow over Allen, but we're really splitting hairs. Allen is incredible and makes highlight throws every week. Plus, he is the media darling, as are the Bills. So not surprising.
NFL network came on and said “breaking news, the chargers have fired…” and man, I thought it was really happening for a split second.
If Staley gets fired, he probably is the Vikings DC within 48 hours. He's probably not going to be fired
i can’t stop laughing. Does anyone know where Micah was on 1/6? only a matter of time before he’s talking about Globalists
For the uninitiated, Marlon is an elite shitposter. His twitter timeline is a beautiful disaster. He offers predictions every week and has Clay Travis-tier accuracy.
Did the story ever come out why akers was seemingly on his way out of the league to becoming productive again?
