Typical bush league Gator move. If they truly cared about safety they would just have the game in [checks Wikipedia] Cheney, Washington.
I would love to hear the circumstances that led to a person getting a DUI and 6 other charges for blowing a .02.
Yeah, the statute was on the citation since he was a minor. Haven't seen the police report that stated what he blew. Always assumed it would be more.
Right. I'm just saying the .02 reference in the citation was never meant to be a reference to what he blew. Anything .02 or higher and he gets rung up as a minor. Always assumed the actual number would be higher, which apparently it was.
Hey we have that problem too! Turns out your fans don't have maniacal devotion if you never win a ship
Everyone does in 2022. Saban had the same complaints coming off a National Championship. Turns out, most people don’t want to drop a grand to take their family to see Tulsa and Central Arkansas.
Even as recently as the early 2000s, TV quality was poor compared to the in-stadium experience. There were also a lot fewer games on TV back then. Today people have big, high def TVs and the opportunity to watch football for hours before your game, and hours after. Compare that to going to the stadium for, say, a 3:00pm game and missing most of the morning and evening games happening that day, paying an ungodly amount of money for travel, parking, concessions, and seating, etc. Compared to a big leather chair, a dozen channels showing different games, eating your own food, it's tough to justify going to a game that's not a big name opponent.
Man. After that debacle with Mizzou I almost forgot Auburn got completely embarrassed by a mediocre Penn St team in their own stadium
This is gonna be like that last Chiz season for AU which game do you think the players quit on Harsin at? vs LSU @ 1 Georgia @ 14 Ole Miss vs 20 Arkansas @ Miss St vs 17 TAMU
Shit, in the early 2000s you had to buy PPV to watch SEC match-ups. I remember having to buy the Auburn at Miss State in like 2002 for like $49.95 on ppv
We will lose to Alabama until I die and I won’t think otherwise until it actually happens. I have zero hope. My spirit is crushed.
