You said he didn’t sign an extension before January like you said he wouldn’t Your entire argument was that it made no sense to extend before January when he could hear the offers from other clubs. Nexus’ entire argument was that him going to Real wasn’t some slam dunk or they wouldn’t be making the offers they were You we’re both correct in the end
Like I said, you were correct but you’re wrong now about how it went down. Nexus wasn’t wrong and I’m sure he’s thrilled with how things worked out if it indeed happens
I love how Barca has to sell heavy to keep up with the “ffp” farce but they’re steady buying every goddamn body. Fuckers still haven’t paid us for goddamn Arturo Vidal like 5 years ago and now they want Bobby.
Seems like it is a ponzi scheme by their presidents who take out loans to buy players and keep the fans happy until the next window
It’s a mess, for sure. But I also wouldn’t have any problem with them offloading De Jong. He’s a great player, but the academy is back to shitting out absurd MF talent (or probably always was but just been ignoring it). If there’s any chance of recouping their costs (not likely, because they’re fucking idiots), they should pursue it. Going after Raphinha, when there are clear and glaring across the entire back four, is absurd, though.
Again, I can't wrap my head around Barcelona's finances. They got the big Spotify sponsorship in, so I assume they are better. But Barcelona were over a billion in debt. Then took out loan to renovate the Spotify Camp Nou. Selling De Jong to Man U makes sense in isolation. But bringing in Lewandowski at 33 to play with Gavi, Pedri, Ferran Torres and Ansu Fati? The team is wildly imbalanced in age.
Before I retired I had occasion to to take a missing person report for a lady who was 26 and a grandmother. It was impressive.
TTgator91 but I haven’t heard an update after the original story and that was the start of the pregnancy
Andy Reocho for whatever its worth this guy https://twitter.com/Tanziloic is saying Nunez turned both our lots down
Not surprised. I didn't think there was any chance at us getting him. What are you seeing on your end re: Henderson?
no but the he’s much closer to resigning than moving according to just about everyone not that they mean anything but there are reports of €300M bonus and €100M NET salary if he stays
Also the few semi-reliable guys following this seem to agree that PSG has given him a say in manager and transfer decisions as incentive to “stay and invest” in the club which is absurd
