    I keep waiting to see if the CMU women are gonna make staff changes

    19-20 season saw Heather Oesterle go 23-7 and 16-2 in MAC play in her first year as Sue Guevara's successor. Then 20-21 they went 18-7 and 13-6 in MAC play with a NCAA Tourney appearance. But gosh Micaela Kelly graduates and they go 4-25 and 2-18 in league play in 21-22. Then Molly Davis leaves for Iowa and they go 6-23 and 4-14 in MAC play this past season. You'd think staff changes would be made as soon as the season ended but nothing at all so far

    and the men don't seem to be making any staff changes heading into year three under Barbee who has gone 7-23 (6-12) and 10-21 (5-13) his first two seasons
