FSU plays TCU this weekend at TCU as well. I am hoping we can steal one game but afraid we might get slapped around. We're 4-0 and better than previous years in plate approach and offense but we are really young in pitching and lost our two best starters and four seniors in the bullpen.
I have no idea how good Illinois is, but I feel like playing them at our place we should get at least 2/3. Dallas Baptist at our place next weekend is going to be huge
Just hope our pitching and defense comes around. Not sure what has happened there. Offense is looking good and that is with Hines struggling. Will be interesting to see if Mershon can get healthy and unseat Forsythe at SS. Could be a boost for us if that happens even though I love forsythe defensively.
We just got nailed with one in a big situation at TCU. They might have a problem with this. Hopefully it's just an early season point of emphasis and this shit won't cost anyone real games late in the season.
