You would be stupid not to use every bit of info you can, that includes those photos. I'm not saying anything more than F1 is very much a follow the leader sport now with the cost cap and you will see teams do all they can to mirror the concept. Like do we forget the Pink Mercedes from a couple seasons ago and now Green Redbull on track currently?
Why wouldn't they? RB is fastest by a wide margin, would be foolish to not try to gain something from what they are doing.

You can’t just copy the floor and expect it to work for you, it’s all about the total package and how it all works together. For example Aston Martin can’t even do it because they get their gear box from Mercedes and the size/shape prohibits them from copying it. More than anything this just gives teams and idea of how detailed the under floor for RB is and to try to apply the same thinking to their aero set up. If you compare it to the pictures of the new Mercedes that got craned off at about the same time, the RB floor was significantly more detailed and intricate. That will be the take away, not trying to copy it
Wow....shocking turn of events for Ferrari's #2 driver not being able to make it out of Q1. I remember a time when some claimed he was on the same level as Lewis, Max, etc. You hate to see it!
Hell of an entertaining quali so far! Lando/McLaren been toying with my emotions the last several races. Show flashes of top level shit but still haven't put it all together for a whole race weekend.
McLaren’s progress this season has been impressive. The way the car looked early I didn’t think they’d get close to this.
