Gleyber just got called for maybe the easiest batter interference I've ever seen. He swung and fell over the plate and was like "what I can't do that?" lol
Must be ump show night. Tom Murphy just checked a swing, 1b ump said he went to make it 1-2, and Murphy was just shaking his head. Home plate ump then tossed him. To make it worse, he clearly didn't swing. CB Bucknor is 1b ump and the home plate ump his in his 2nd career game. Hope it's his last.
Being shit isn't the biggest issue. Acting like a tough guy instead of acknowledging you're not perfect is the issue.
As a follow up stat, going into tonight 100% of the times the A’s have had a winning streak, their play by play guy also used a heinous slur in the intro to said game. Let’s hope that gets reduced to 50% tonight :fingers crossed:
Work called me in otherwise I'd be there again. I stole the work tv remotes and changed the TV's off of Fox news. I have Rays @ Cubs to my left and Angels @ Sox on my right. I'm going to hide the remotes.
COVIDiskilingme79 your commitment to live baseball and following all teams is commendable. I love it.
I was also at the Sox game last night as well. The three of us in this thread probably made up like 15% of the total attendance #boomroasted
Are there any Rangers fans I can tag? Going to a conference in a few weeks and the only game I can catch is a Sunday 1:30 start. Looking for sections that have shade then in case the roof is open.
I had to dial back my pushups and planks a while back because I had sprained an ankle. Just now getting that core back to 2018 WYO Wrestling team photo standards
You know, I appreciate the work Mike, but when you rely almost solely on the videos to describe what's happening I'm not going to watch a 15 second commercial in an article already littered with advertising. I'd be more willing to do so at Fangraphs if they were embedding video to monetize because they are poor. Not for state run media.
