Well I did the research because its fun to dunk on Boo when he goes full homer. I'm simply saying why using the old standard of "we have ten 4* recruits compared to Rival team X's five 4* recruits is flawed analysis in 2022. Edit: And I'm avoiding writing this damn Daubert Motion.
you the one penciling him into the class when Bama is circling. We've all seen this play out before. See Pat Surtain Jr with LSU.
You didn’t dunk on anyone, you rube. Your class is very top heavy (assuming they stick when Ruiz can’t afford his payments) and the rest is trash.
Yes, I think he’s coming. Will he? Remains to be seen. Me saying he’s coming has nothing to do with it though.
what's your class then when we have 8 kids ranked higher than 90% of your class? taking 18 kids who are trash is not a good way to start Billy Butthole's tenure iyam imo
So you admit 18 of the 20 kids in UF's class are trash. Glad that point is now settled so we can all move on.
Florida fans in here talking shit with the #10 class with 20 commits already is sad af. Mullen had y'all fucked up
The On3 Auburn board has a thread comparing Florida and Auburn recruiting, with most lamenting how they missed on Nape.
Despite our life experience and expanded world views on the socioeconomic level, never is TMB more like our early/mid-2000s selves than itt never change, recruiting.
We didn't miss. We told him no to his demands b/c our leadership are small minded simpletons & didn't think he was worth 6.5mm + his assistant pool. We chose this path I'm sure it had a lot to due with him being at Bama and we're too much of little brother morons
Tim Watts saying this stuff is pretty significant. Dude is pretty notorious for not saying shit but cliche things unless his information is pretty ironclad. Also said Bama is team to beat for Cormani Mcclain and to keep an eye on Jalen Hale and Reuben Bain. Thinks Miami and Texas are still teams to beat for those two but that it is a lot closer amd could get interesting "Bama remains in heavy pursuit of a 5-star flip — We’ve said it before and we’re saying it again … five-star edge and Notre Dame commit Keon Keeley is trending to Alabama, per multiple sources. And has been for a while. The Florida native is expected to take an official visit to the Capstone (that’ll likely take place in October). Ohio State is also getting a visit, but seems to be chasing the Tide at this point in time. But they are in the picture and one to watch as well. UA has steadily built a relationship this year and that work is slowly paying off. There is still some recruiting left to do, but Bama is where they want to be entering the fall. A couple sources feel as though Keeley could open things up sooner rather than later. Holmon Wiggins and Coleman Hutzler have done a really nice job here, with others like Pete Golding and of course Nick Saban pitching in."
Can’t wait until nick saban retires. Alabama doesn’t deserve a coach born above the mason Dixon line.
I see the haters have been silenced by the commitment of chip recruit kenton kirkland to the good guys
ND’s Athletic writer and our 247 guys have a joint podcast, they all uniformly came out today and said Keeley already committed to Bama on today’s episode which is rare for them to even speak about recruiting on it .
Tim Watts is a big ole pussy so that makes sense. He wouldn’t be so forward without knowing something along those lines.
I feel like if he committed to Bama already there's no way Saban would let him take an OV to OSU Week 1
Some of the recruiting insiders said that was a condition to being allowed take add't visits. It makes sense because we were thought to be the other top school for him then right after his visit to Bama he announced he wasn't visiting OSU.
so your saying Saban told Young he could take 4 other official visits but just couldn’t take one to Ohio State?
