Team went 2-0 this week, so I'm thinking I really need to make a move, so bumping this hoping for some conversation. Got an offer of Penix + 2025 3rd for Drake London + 2025 9th. Keeper eligibility starts in round 8, so I think I may counter for his 8th back. I don't see Penix starting this year or next(barring injury), and I'm not going to keep him if he's not starting(Will keep Bucky or Coleman most likely). Would moving my 3rd next year for Drake London be a dumb move?
Why? He's going to the league leader in yards per game (and top 5 in passing yards per game, top 3 in passing TDs). Mark Andrews has been their #1 threat for years but is clearly winding down and Zay Flowers isn't that good, so he has a legit chance to be the #1 option in the #1 offense...
Maybe more of an uninformed reaction then. Just feels like theyre more of a running offense and force feed Zay when they do throw.
A lot of his damage was against the worst and fourth worst pass defense in the league. The second half of his season *appears* to be tougher.
dont like it as a zay owner, but their offense is all over the place this year (in a good way if youre a ravens fan) so not sure if it ultimately hurts his value at all
Bucky seems to be a really solid keep at this point having made so much progress as a rookie I’m assuming Mahomes is going to be your 1 keeper pretty much no matter what, so I don’t think I’d trade for half a year of London (unless I’m mistaking your league settings)
If you think it puts you in a position to win this year I would take it. Your 3rd round pick next year could get hurt week 1 and be out for the season.
Cant keep Mahomes, only players drafted 8th round or later can be kept. For context on value, last week someone traded a 2 to get Tee Higgins and Etienne
Lamar doesn’t really ever get attached to one receiver. Aside from Andrews for a stretch and Henry this season, Lamar’s skill position guys are feast or famine.
Yeah, I've settled in to thinking this in all likelihood just kind of caps both Flowers and Johnson at WR3s with WR2 upside. The saving grace being Lamar's playing better than ever as a passer (5,700 yards and 41/9 TD/INTs over the last 1.5 seasons) and the Ravens' defense sucking so bad, so more shootout potential and less run out the clock scenarios.
This is probably the correct take. Johnson is an elite route runner and while Lamar has really good stats, they're not going to be a pocket passing team. They've probably realized overworking Henry/Lamar on the ground is not a good recipe come January and will try for a more balanced offense. As a Johnson owner, I would have preferred the Chargers. In fantasy, volume is king, and his best shot was in Carolina with Dalton. With Baltimore he's a volatile WR2. I can see him getting 20 just as easy as I can see it being 5.
Ugh, superflex league and somebody keeps floating me Josh Allen + Tyrone Tracy for Bijan and Goff. I want to do it but when I run the numbers it just doesn't work. So tempting to have that elite QB in superflex though
I tried to do Stroud for Javonte just to fix my only having 1 rb week 11 problem. Dak has some really good matchups 2nd half of the season.
You have more players on your FF team than some colleges. I’ve never seen a bench with that many spots.
