The two Aston Martins are in the garage not on the grid. They will be starting from pitlane although we don’t yet know why.
This has become the point of these grid walks ... especially in Monaco and Austin when the celebs who know nothing about F1 come out. He got stiff armed by Megan Thee Stallions bodyguard last year and it was hilarious.
I clicked away once Martin started walking the grid. I come back 5 minutes later and he's still going. Whyyyyy?

The producers that make Brundle do this each race deserve an Emmy. The best part is they all know he only knows celebs from the UK so walks by major celebs all the time he should be talking to and calls people wrong names all the time. Just in this grid walk he went right by DWade and Michael Douglas...he had no clue.
This pregame show is fucking insane I can’t stop laughing. once this is capped off with an absolute shitshow of a race I can’t wait for the takes. It’s amateur hour out there and I’m 100% here for it

is it track design that leads to the well-spaced racing with few positions contested or it is just the way the race took hold?
It’s a bad track for “racing”. Add in the super hot temps on track and some teams are looking after tires also leading to some spacing

Im in a fantasy league in which members essentially make a bunch of prop bets. The fewer people bet something, the more points it’s worth. I made a bunch of bets correlated to wreckage (O1.5 safety cars, O 1.5 cars DNF, at least one car retired lap 20-40, etc.) Not having a good time.
Outside of Bahrain the Ferrari/Red Bull battle isn’t very interesting. They are clearly the two fastest teams but one of them just dominates the other every race.
