That is hilarious. He played college at Creighton and never hit a HR while there. KC played some random game at Creightons stadium 5 years ago and what does he do? Hits his first career home run there. Home cooking I guess.
I sexualize El Cap and take a pic of his Venezuelan fatty and the Royals get a crocked number for the first time in a week next inning. Coincidence? Spoiler [/spoiled]
Thomas Pham, just a wholesome midwestern KC awe shucks kid comes up with the big hit. Love seeing a humble no nonsense guy being the hero.
I kinda hate this guy Sox were actually really good tonight all around. Career nights for half the team
Didn’t realize this till I got home…3 of the top 6 batters for KC tonight were White Sox cast offs. We waiver claimed all of them.
Naaaaando Edit to add the NSFW(ives) Gatorade bath, make sure your wives aren’t checking your screen so they don’t get pregnant: Spoiler
starting to enjoy the idea of how much KC fans will cry when Witt doesn't win an MVP this year despite finishing 1st or 2nd in WAR
It's interesting to me in years like this where you have amazing MVP-level stuff in normal years that just get lost to history because one or two guys just went insane. Soto has been on the short list of best hitters in the sport since he came up and is having by far the best full season of his career. Henderson is a SS who could hit 40 HR and with a 160 wRC+. Both should end up as 8+ WAR guys and neither are even sniffing the MVP conversation.
I don’t think any of us expect him to win. If they win the division I think there was a chance but that’s not happening. He’ll finish top 3 and we’ll get the extra first round pick so we’ll be happy. It does suck for him it will go down as one of if not the best season from a SS ever but it’s just bad timing with Judge doing his own historic stuff.
I think Lindor has a shot. Ohtani doesn't have the pitching card to play this year. Might be tough if the Mets don't make it, though. I don't think Witt has any chance.
Haven’t we all? I’m surprised no one’s pointed out the home/road splits yet and our pitch com hacking.
Rangers and cubs are trying to see who can win the most amount of meaningless games to end the season after shitting it up all year
