he has a great internal reputation but so does every Andy Reid coach he’s also had Jones, Clark, Omenihu, Karlaftis, etc. but the DL has been productive under him
I will say if Spags got a HC job tomorrow I think Cullen would be one of two finalists for our DC job. He’s also very well liked by our players
Have to say Caleb handled that pretty well. Would like to root for him but Bears ruin all good things on offense
I was like no fucking way that’s right that’s impossible then pulled up his game log the last two weeks. Complete zeros across the board good lord.
Freezing cold takes preseason ranking of backup QBs: https://www.si.com/nfl/ranking-nfl-backup-qbs-2024 TLDR 1. Jake Browning 2. Minshew 3. Flacco 4. Penix 5. Fields 6. Howell 7. Darnold
Just looked up free agents and unless steelers make a trade they are fucked. Guess they’ll just run it back with fields and Wilson again unless fields wants to try and be a starter somewhere
Not really cap issues, he has just been pretty terrible compared to expectations. Though not really his fault as they paid him and then let every run stopping DT they had go and then were perplexed when they regressed significantly against the run.
The FA QB market is so bad that I wonder if the Lions could build some trade interest in Hendon Hooker. He very likely is bad, but he hasn't proven to be bad yet like all the other options besides Darnold. There's value in that.
Yeah I think they thought other pieces would make up the run side of things. That held somewhat true last year with Armstead but this year downright awful, albeit Hargrave hasn’t really played. Biggest issue is just ability to stay on the field. And when he has, he hasn’t generated the pressure expected.
Should have added more comments about the outrageous prices of PSLs. I’m salty as shit about the shit the titans are pulling. Even though they suck I still have a good time going to the games.
The Titans are building a dome for one reason and one reason only. Other events. They don’t give a shit about anything else. More events to put more money in the Adam’s family pockets.
genuinely surprised to see these posts but I'm not exactly clued into it. is the '25 fa qb market worse than any other year? quarterbacks don't hit free agency.
I think the league has less talent at qb overall. Believe that's best evidenced by 10 teams with 5 or less wins. There really aren't any qbs available who you don't already know exactly what you're getting (mediocre at best).
Fields probably is what he is at this point, but if I'm a team in that market I think I'd rather bank on maybe getting more out of Fields than trying to roll with Russ or Minshew or whoever.
I have no clue what his value should be. The only people who could know would be the people involved in that trade.
Immediately thought damn that's some killer free advertising. Curious how many copies sold after that.
Wild stat considering half the city wants to move on from the QB/HC/OC after yesterday but the Eagles offense hasn't been on the field for a single snap in the second half trailing in a game since Week 4
Aikman is pretty much Tom Brady on analysis, but Troy is willing to shit on refs and call players out a few times a game
you can take the people out of Tyler, TX but can’t take the Tyler, TX out of the people buy_dont_lease
