Exactly what I was thinking with that comment or him taking a hammer to the door to get his locked cat out
This feels like it's all new to Europeans based off posts. This is every coaching carousel in college football though. Flight tracker is coaching search 101.
They likely make no added ad revenue off the sport because the time it's aired. It becomes more valuable to a streaming service because its live sport and its hours of content. I think the move to Apple will be a great thing... Now I have one more sub I need to purchase fml...
Woof, $40 bucks for an MLS pass. Surely if they went that route it’d be cheaper given the lower content amount… Spoiler it’ll be more
There’s a new tier to F1TV that is fancier. That top tier has the issues. I’ve been fine on the old tier and Roku
It’s the super max premium whatever f1tv plan’s video not being super compatible with roku’s software, or so I’ve heard. The solution offered was to cancel and resubscribe at the lower tier, but I haven’t gotten around to it, and mostly AirPlay instead.
I think you mean something along the lines of a system qb tom Brady being replaced by Patrick mahomes, vastly superior player in every way. Also max would never let his teammate win a title, unlike his soft ass merc predecessor.
Here is an explanation on why the RB car is so difficult to drive Red Bull’s Fast but Flawed Car Explained by an F1 Engineer | Watch
My takeaway here is that they either: A. Got caught with braking devices that were masking the negatives of their design and it suddenly became its true bad self, and there’s really no way to correct in in the cost cap and timeframe they had. B. They over corrected for braking devices being banned or in response to other teams finding pace, and made that window so narrow that even max couldn’t keep it all compliant 100% of the time. C. Newey never centralized anything and nobody left at Red Bull knew the correct way to literally and figuratively assemble the concepts into a rocket ship.
A. Real question is whether Red Bull would have any constructors championships from the last decade but for being the most well-fed team in the world
IMO too much smoke for this to not be happening. The question is whether Bottas will join him or if Alpine is going to give him a shot this year.
I like Checo and Bottas as the lineup for caddy. Both popular drivers with good experience to help them get off the ground with driver feedback.
Listened to The Race podcast today and a few interesting items that came out of the conversation. 1) It does seem like Horner will be back in F1 very likely as an ownership group with Alpine 2) It feels like Max is done with RB and this was a first step of a total reshape of the program under the RB racing umbrella and taken away from a stand alone model (what Horner has had) 3) Racing Bulls may be eventually be for sale, Horner was the key of keeping it 4) Charls may be courted as the replacement for Max but most likely to see Carlos Sainz taking that seat to pair with Yuki
Charls isn't going anywhere unless he's absolutely sure they have a title winning car. I also listened to it
Horner should get a group together and buy VCarb Red Bull Have seen a post about a year ago that Otmar or what ever his name is they her was trying to buy a team
I found it interesting as the person who floated his name also basically confirmed Max is gone... but he ultimately said they will sign Carlos
Yeah Charles and Mekies were not close at all, he is right that Carlos was the guy RB should have gotten and is close with Mekies
Williams and Albon guy over here. Will cheer for Albon wherever he is and will always pull for Williams (sans particular reasons like Stroll situation).
I think people are really overestimating how desirable this red bull seat will be for the next 2-3 years until they figure out the engine. There is a good chance they are a midfield or lower team, and would be this year without Verstappen.
With engine restrictions being taken off in 2026 I think you want to be on a works team… with that said RB doing this as a lone wolf with Ford just basically providing a sticker I would imagine teams like Mercedes and Ferrari are going to have a large advantage at the start of 2026
