Anyone else watch their warehouse Games on their channel? Think its kind of funny watching Jomboy and Jake trying to keep up athletically with former pros and guys younger than them and inventing new sports to try and live out their dreams as athletes. Production quality on it is great and its usually a fun watch to kill some time. My son really likes the we got ice guys they employ, so that kind of got me into it
Also hope this doesn't limit the other stuff they do on their channel. Don't want them to stop drafting competitvely and subsequently ragging on kids playing guts on old nickelodeon episodes
MLB will 100% try to have indirect control of content. You just have to hope Jomboy doesn't give in if they piss off MLB with something they produce.
He can be very critical of the umps at times, and rightfully so. Hard to see how MLB will let him still do that.
Ive seen this play a million times but seeing it again today - kind of wild how far we've come. It was just taken as whatever. Benches didnt clear, just a little shit talking and they went on their way. Today both benches are clearing, lots of yapping and hugging back and forth. And nothing happens
Yes. Maikel slid in late thinking it was a double play and Volpe tagged him hard. They both got up and were cool and patted each other on the back. Then as Maikel was walking away Chisholm ran over barking shit and pushed him in the back. That’s when the benches emptied.
"Benches cleared bc he shoved him! No camera picked it up for one of their 30 replays and nobody in the stands caught it or even said it but I saw it from the stands!" is hilarious. There was an umpire between them.
Good lord Aaron Judge goes 469 at Kauffman!— Talkin’ Baseball (Bot) (@talkinbaseballbot.bsky.social) 2025-06-10T23:45:18.000Z
I didn’t even know this was on TNT and just turned on the royals broadcast like I always do, they showed it land on top of the hall of fame
was out for a game last year and BWJ hit that screen in the same area and it started smoking. thought the place was gonna burn down for a bit
decent chance George Brett heard “the straw that stirs the drink” was in the stadium and demanded it be brought to his suite immediately
they’re playing a rookie who’s only pitching because of injuries. this is possibly the least surprising thing imaginable
it’s all sort of moot once our opponent gets past four runs since we’re typically incapable of scoring more than three
In his defense DJ is caught looking but apparently the ump was distracted by Jazz stealing 3rd. Gotta do better after though, knowing that’s how these games are called
