I just want to know the number it took to outbid the Vols. Has to be fucking crazy. Good for him and good for Ohio State changing these folks lives.
I’d take Sanders for Offord 10 times out of 10, given that they actually get Sanders. I refuse to believe that’s happening until he’s on campus though.
Yeah, we need OT way more than CB. I’d gladly take the trade, if it happens. If we don’t get either of them, then life isn’t fair.
We’re fairly deep at CB, so losing Offord is a hit we can take. We are critically thin at OT. We may be able to convince LT Josh Simmons to return given his season ending injury at Oregon. He was projecting late first round or early second, and now will not. We can pay him. After that, you could put the name of every OSU scholarship OL in a hat to draw LT and RT 2025 starters and any combo you draw could be reasonable.
Oregon is a real pain in the ass these days. I'm boycotting buying Nike stuff until Uncle Phil dies so he can no longer afford to buy our 'croots.
he’s gonna get Madden Fariomo which sucks for ND - looks like all the decomitts freed up a lot of money
Will be interested to see if this is a player that Brian Kelly decides to actually get involved recruiting. One of the few players that Kelly bothered to recruit at ND was a mediocre prospect from Naples
Let me take a swing at the reason why he favors recruiting certain areas. Is he looking for chip shots? Maybe driving is a factor? A little birdie told me there's another reason. Either way, it's par for the course with him.
FSU seems like they are in a death spiral. USC/Riley seems like they have absolutely zero plan in recruiting that is sustainable in any way and it’s gonna lead to him getting fired.
Sounds like Stewart is asking for a giant NIL number. He hasn’t played high school football since his sophomore year. Crazy gamble for a school to dish out that kind of money for him IMO.
adding a mid level RB to the 5 we already have isn't doing anything either especially when there is no oline He has about a 3% of anything working and paying HS jags isnt part of that
If USC pays that amount of money it's an insane and desperate gamble to keep some positive storylines around a crumbling program. If Oregon pays that amount of money it's a wise investment into a potential gamewrecking talent. Good kid, too.
