Since when is 247 below average weight for a pass catching (read: not blocking) TE? Seems problematic that an ideal weight is graded as bottom 50th percentile, no?
It’s not really a “grade”… it’s a historical comparison against the 1,200 other TEs who did a weight check. None of the “grades” are actual grades. RAS has issues and he’s been called out for it. I’m with you, I don’t think anyone should look at his weight and it be counted against him.
Yeah, I was about to say how it seems that edge rushers more so than any other position seem to be worth a shot if they are freakish athletes. The freak athlete with poor/middling numbers at WR seems to never work out, but those guys hit at edge rusher.
no, you're looking at it wrong consider dart's upside when he's already decent and the smartest coach he's worked with is joe judge
most people will say it as it is spelled which is BAY-shul (rhymes with "spacial") but if you go to his VT page (https://hokiesports.com/sports/football/roster/player/bhayshul-tuten) and click the little ear icon next to his name to hear him pronounce it he is saying BAY-shal (last part rhymes with y'all).
Would love to be wrong because he's an awesome person, but just don't think he has the arm talent. Phenomenal athlete, though.
Neyor entered the portal after this season (his drop lost the Iowa game) and signed with Louisville. Then he withdrew his paperwork from Louisville and tried to come back to Nebraska. He was told no thanks by Nebraska so he just entered the draft.
These guys are just getting better every year at training for the combine. Perhaps ras should build in a slight discount factor. Today's 4.41 was a 4.46 four years ago.
No. You're thinking of Sam Horn. He hasn't played more than a handful of snaps in garbage time his first two years and was all of last year w tommy john surgery. He'll be Pribula's backup this year. He also us a higher rated MLB prospect but idk what now because of the TJ surgery
And we just had the worst OL of the Kirby era. Injuries were a big problem but even when healthy we were bad. Reiterating how badly we need a new OL coach. Thanks for listening.
