The Trump Administration will not enforce Title IX, but it is still the law. I get the argument that Title IX does not prohibit disparities in NIL deals from third party sources. For direct payments on revenue sharing, I think things are much less clear. Schools spent most of the 1970’s and 1980’s losing the argument that women’s sports are not revenue earners and therefore should not be allocated football or basketball revenue.
it's just the blue chip percentage (5+4/total) and then conditional formatting to get the bar laid over the value
well Jackson Cantwell's agent is Drew Rosenhaus, so it would seem those from the higher ranks might be moving down stream
the top end high school athletes are repped by same agencies that rep the professional leagues. No matter the sport.
For high profile athletes he's taking his chances on securing millions for himself down the road. Smart decision on his agency part
feels good not having to stoop to tech’s level. the thought of having to pay a kid to come to your school lol embarrassing
that right there shouldnt be allowed. Enticing a 17 year old with a Lambo lease where it greatly increases their ability to harm themselves and others is just fucking stupid
our mods are saying we got him because we would do 3 years of guaranteed rev share vs the 2 that everyone else was offering
"guaranteed rev share" seems not legal someone is gonna sign that and then try to transfer and be told they cant and then sue and then we can finally move on from all this
well we will have to wait and see that happen first but im talking more about the verbiage of "a guaranteed contract" for a non employee just seems weird
him getting absolutely dominated and back flipped on recently is definitely worrisome but also the optics of landing him is cool so yay
one on one without pads is meaningless but the look on the other guys faces is funny. Poor Guy will get some shit for this for a while
supposedly we may be landing a similar 2027 prospect tomorrow possibly even more of an impressive recruiting win
Seems like this year more than ever the 4 ranking services (soon to be 3) are less consistent with each other thus it’s seems like there’s 60 5*
I am shocked that an agent would blatantly lie on a reported contract he negotiated. If I can't trust them I don't know who I can trust anymore.
still 15th in the CFP era in talent acquisition also, 14 of those 18 teams have a national title since 1992 (ie modern era), Auburn being one of them while playing for a 2nd so between acquisition of talent, commitment to winning, and actual on field results, Auburn classifies among the elite 18 teams imho
