Pretty excited about the 2nd one coming out. wish Pablo Schreiber hadnt gotten killed in the first one
Now I'm thinking about it... Renner's character is the best. "Who's car we taking" and "Hey you brought me" are such great bookends to that scene. His character knows who he is and just accepts that he's no good. Thank you for listening.
No he was hating on Animal Kingdom. They actually do a heist that this sounds super similar to where they cut off the roof of a warehouse.
Legit curious if law enforcement has no clue or has a legit list of suspects, obviously no idea about their level of intel on robbery crews and whatnot. For example in the Lufthansa heist shown in Goodfellas I've seen docs discussing how they knew who did it within a few days due to informants/stupid behavior by the robbers and whatnot. Even if there is a genius leader involved who gives legit instructions post-robbery seems like someone inevitably fucks up as (unlike movies) these guys are total idiots.
That post was made kind of in jest but most of these I've followed it's because someone does something stupid or the cops get some insane lucky break... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dunbar_Armored_robbery?wprov=sfla1
