That’s why I don’t ever give these companies my DNA. Not that I’m even remotely considering murdering anyone Spoiler except for fascists of course because fascists aren’t people
and tbh you don't have to give your DNA to then. If your brother did, they'll still find you through familial DNA.
I know people are gonna say that dumb ass shit about “if you haven’t done anything wrong you have nothing to worry about” despite there being countless situations where cops have straight up framed people and wrongfully arrested people
Also the place was a bloodbath. I think they were petrified of their underage drinking and the previous calls, so mixed with the shock they acted in an incoherent manner. What makes it odder is the assumption that BK didn’t see her. Also it sounds like the other surviving roommate also saw him….
I think another theory was that the lights in the living room may have 'blinded' him a bit so that he didn't see her standing in her bedroom behind the cracked door.
I don’t think the basement roomie saw him? She was down there the entire tint and he never went down there. he could’ve just been jacked up with adrenaline and his increased focus was getting out immediately. another theory is the neon sign in the living room was bright enough to obscure his vision.
The ptsd of being one of the survivors, seeing the killer, knowing it’s a miracle you also weren’t slaughtered, etc etc etc has to be just awful to carry with you the rest of your life. Obviously better being alive than what the alternative was but not the type of thing you ever get over I imagine
And a lot of the internet talking shit about her. Saying if she would’ve called 911, maybe the victims would’ve survived. Which is bs
I get your point but people survive dozens of stab wounds. There was a chick in Colombia who survived 95 stabs, only to get chopped up a second time a few months later.
Just sharing that stab wounds have a lower mortality rate, even in double figures than I and probably others would’ve thought.
I don’t think the drunk roommates should really be criticized at all. Hammered at 4 am I might’ve told myself the masked guy I walked by real quick was a hallucination or something. I’ve been much more delusional in that state of mind at that hour and for most people (less now than ever) you’d just never expect that to happen to you
A k-bar is over 11 inches long. I just watched a YouTube video on the Apple River knife attack last night. The killer used a little switchblade. Nothing close to the size of a k-bar. Unrelated: we had a trauma come into the ER one afternoon. This lady had just gotten married a few hours earlier and her ex-husband stabbed her 85+ times. Every time we would do a compression to pump blood, it would come out from everywhere. She had no chance. That was the last day I ever wore new shoes to work too. Rip her and my Nike free runs.
And while that text convo was going on, the basement roomie reminded the other survivor that one of the other girls in the house had wore all black early that night. Assuming it could possibly been her that she saw
Nah. Unfortunately, they were just trashy people and nobody cared, sadly. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/west-virginia-man-guilty-killing-ex-wife-remarried/
We lost that battle a while ago my friend , it is point less now unless you really go completely rogue
Just getting around to Listening to the 911 call. How is there no mention of any blood during the 4 min call. They checked her enough to realize that she wasn’t just passed out, she wasn’t breathing. Passing the phone around and others confirm she wasn’t breathing. There was reportedly SO much blood that it seeped through the drywall and was visible from outside the house.
I assume only the guy/s or neighbors that came over in the morning saw the true extent of the rooms In the 911 call, the neighbor Hunter? is heard shouting "get out get out get out" to the girls as they must've tried to see X and E Door is blocked or locked, Hunter gets in to check on X and E, is heard screaming (potentially, isn't said who screams at that moment) and yells get out to the roommates Statement from one of the families: "...After hearing that call, one thing is clear—H, with his quiet, stoic resolve, protected those girls from a nightmare that no one should ever be forced to witness. He stepped into the abyss, shielding them from horrors that will haunt him forever."
That’s what I gathered from that too. Ethan’s best friend was the only one who actually saw Xana and Ethan’s bodies. I’m sure he saw the blood but was either in shock and didn’t want to believe it, or simply kept his cool to not worry the others. there was 100% blood (or red wine) dripping down the outside of the house. But I’m guessing if they had blackout curtains in their room, or dark colored flooring or bed sheets/blankets it might’ve been harder to see if he truly didn’t notice.
Was the blood on the outside of the house actually verified? Seems pretty far fetched though that may be a testament to the shitty building qualities of college apartments/housing.
iirc medical examiner on the scene confirmed it was consistent with blood. don't know if LE ever did. had liquid above and on top of the pipe too
A Halloween picture was taken a week before in front of that wall, those stains were not there. The pattern of the liquid shown was definitely dripping downward from the floor of that house. the color goes from bright red to dark red as it flows down the wall. That’s due to the hemoglobin oxidation. No drink would darken - it would probably become a light color if anything. It’s not Boones Farm - I promise.
Are there any longform articles on this? After the initial arrest, I didn't keep up with it that close so have missed a lot of details, would like to read up on it.
Definitely looks like blood. Cheap ass houses like that could easily have a non caulked floor gap that would allow liquid through. Especially if that's a bedroom that had a couple of gallons pooled up at the wall.
Y'all are judging that guy harshly. I'd hate to see how this board would respond if they saw a picture of nexus Y'all might be on-board with Trump's recent deportation order with no due process
Reading up on the case and this guy kind of seems like a moron. Left the sheath for one. Them has his phone pinging off that location numerous times before and after the murders.. Cuts his phone off during the murders. Bitch leave it on at home
