Who should I take? I'm assuming Peterson, Forte, Turner are gone. Jones-Drew probably will be as well. Any of those 4 that make it to me, I will pick. After those 4, who is the best player available? I'm thinking Jackson, but DeAngelo, Johnson and Portis have me thinking too. What about Brees, is that too early for him? I'm not taking a WR this early.
how many teams? i'd take jackson. but obviously if one of the 4 you mentioned above fall to you then definitely pick them. brees is also an option, as well as frank gore. singletary has said that they are going to pound the football this year so gore is going to get alot of touches. plus they play 6 of their games against arizona, st louis, and seattle. all of those games gore should be able to run wild. i think he'll end up being the 5th best RB

In the top 4 I wouldn't do it 5-6 is questionable and anything later I definitely would.
Williams or Johnson would be the safest picks, and they would be healthy come playoff time due to Stewart and White. Jackson is a stud, but tends to get banged up. The line and passing game could make life hard as well.
Ok wow so the idiots in my league (10 team) took Brees and MATT RYAN 1 and 2. Peterson and Turner went next, I took Jones-Drew. 2nd round, I got DeAngelo Williams. I did not anticipate that I'd be drafting with a bunch of retardeds. I checked the scoring to see if Passing TD's were worth more than 4, they were not. No idea why QB's went 1,2 but I'll take it.
I had my first real draft yesterday and somebody took DeSean Jackson - yes, Eagles WR DeSean Jackson - at #7. I asked if it was a misclick or what and the guy didn't say anything, but he drafted like a botard the rest of the way (took a TE in the 3rd and Steelers D in the 4th) so I think he really did mean to take Jackson. Some crazies out there.
was in a league last year where a guy took Carson Palmer with the 5th pick and some guy took the cowboys kicker in round 4.
