I am still really curious as to watch bullshit Frost sold to these Florida kids to get them to sign.
Francois and Gray can both choke on one since we got Avantae, but I’d probably kick the tires on Keyshawn Greene
Bet Greene ends up at FSU if/when he transfers
Got one of the local handlers in their pocket
only way to explain multiple dade kids choosing to play in Nebraska
how’s the ‘21 savages shaping up?
I know multiple kids committed without ever even visiting
That first time in Lincoln must’ve been pretty damn interesting
Well they have been in on every mid-tier 4* recruit from SFL that has had their hand out over the past few years. There's literally no other reason for a bunch of kids from SFL to want to play in a flyover state with no recent history of success or putting players in the NFL.
Thought nobody wanted Grey that is why is ended up in Nebraksa
Hope everyone is staying safe during all of these protests. Know quite a few people ITT live in downtown areas that have seen a lot of violence.
Competition for jobs on the OL?!?
A system made to make blocking easier?!?
Man 2020 really is the end of times
Trying not to drink the kool aid but it's hard rn
Addressed a lot of needs this offseason. Secondary is still pretty doo doo but I’ll take it.
Saw Amari Carter at a protest today
Not really agreeing with you here. Blades was statistically one of the better DB's in the conference and Ivey came on late in the season after playing like pure dog shit. Couch and Williams are unproven but talented. At safety, Hall and Bolden are a solid tandem with Carter and Avantae. I guess depth is a concern over anything else but LB'er is the biggest ? mark in my opinion
I think we go undefeated until the championship game. Might have to bet on the canes this season
I tend to agree with this
I think second and dime corner spots might be of concern.....but not as much as LB
I’m not going to say Shaq on Pick did anything wonderful last year but they were solid at cleaning up messes, we will need Brooks or Huff to take a huge leap
Ivey was solid the second half of last season so im a bit less concerned about our top two, even though neither of those guys are 'stars', per se. Couch are Williams are fine as 3rd and 4th corners, not to mention we have 3 pretty talented corners coming in with Dunson, Harrell and Clarke, although not sure how much they'll play.
LB is interesting. Lots of upside but plenty of questions. Pink could never stay healthy and Shaq was Shaq - always productive but just not athletic enough to ideally be on the field all the time. McCloud was always the most athletic of the three and hopefully the light comes on now that he'll be in a leading role. Huff and Brooks are inexperienced but they may be the most athletic backers we've had in the Richt/Diaz era. Patrick Joyner was apparently also coming on and then got hurt and missed the season. Really like the decision to move Frierson and Keontra Smith to striker and apparently it was neck and neck during that one week of spring.
Ivey sucks, what games were you watching? He got torched by FIU and the bowl game. Hopefully Williams can take his spot.
Other than CB though, this is by far and away the most talented roster since the '16 season. King has a lot to do with that, but a potential top 10 pick at DE along with another early day pick in Roche plus Phillips and just average OL play with this QB should win 10 easy against this terrible schedule with halfway decent coaching. Just switching out Bubba for a reliable kicker is a two game difference from last season.
If Diaz lets Baker do the same shit he did last year and the OL busts again it could go south real real fast though
Torched? La Tech scored two touchdowns in the bowl game and they were by the QB and RB. Didn't allow a TD in the FIU game either.
Sounds like we are getting Romello Brinson back tomorrow.
Good re-add , going to be a very interesting close to the class with the NIL stuff
A stud qb liike Garcia could potentially make a shit ton of endorsement money next year
NIL will be one of the bigger recruiting advantages we've had in some time
It still blows my mind that, after the last two years, we can still attract top tier players. Top MNW kids should stay home 95% of the time.
Corona saving our asses. Also. Sometimes you get lucky and a kid doesn’t want to be far from his family.
Can you go one post without throwing something backhanded at the program? Maybe Likens was a good hire and talented kids want to play in a spread? Ever thought of that?
There are quite a few on this page where I don’t throw something backhanded at the program. You being the negativity police is absolutely hilarious though.
Hoosier is a fucking moron and always has been. The cunt talks shit constantly about all the teams he's pull for but if anyone else does it he likes to wag the finger at them. Not to mention he's wrong about everything 90% of the time.
I call a spade a spade. Why don’t you go back to screaming at people in the COVID thread. It’s clear you haven’t taken your meds today.
the thirst is real with this guy but look at that like...
Besides the entire 21 class, even Kaaya is recruiting him now
As is Torretta.
Lots of smoke here fellas
sup fam. recruiting seems to be trending up
Recruiting always seems like it's trending up when it's June. Hopefully it stays that way once we get to December.
Corona gonna get a lot of mommas telling their baby to stay home. Just need to come up with a little bit of money to make it worth their while.
The stars are aligning too much for us, we ain't having a football season
Shit has to be too good to be true
Kinda like the baseball squad, they were stacked and going to Omaha for sure
Well we can't have nice things so this would definitely be on brand
He can still play the last 4 games of the season. Unless he’s simply taking a full year away from football.
players that want trades are losers imo
That’s a pretty hot take considering we have no clue what his reasons are
They paid someone else a shit ton of money to be the new #1 TE and have done a shit tier job of developing offensive players.
but if it's simply because he doesn't like his situation, he's a loser. if so, browns took a chance and drafted him. finish the contract and move on.
So ACCG appearance or bust this year right?
If Diaz doesn’t hit 9 games he better hit the road.
That schedule looks like 9-10 wins should be easily attainable
but then again last years schedule was equally as easy and...
