The majority do - the only real opportunity Vikings fans had to see JJ was his first preseason game and he looked good during it, so the first impression for most Vikings fans with him was positive, even if it was ultimately against 2nd and 3rd stringers for the most part. From what I've seen, I think the majority of the fanbase is against bringing Rodgers in.
The above made me go back and re-read the first few pages of this thread. It's amazing how quickly this turn to the dark side happened.
The whole situation is weird but watching Mike Florio constantly melting down about this is the best.
Here’s Aaron Rodgers saying Elon Musk used DOGE to get rid of “stupid ass programs” and wonders why Trump hasn’t imprisoned more government officials. Good luck to the Steelers!— Denny Carter (@dennycarter.bsky.social) 2025-05-23T20:07:50.338Z Here’s Aaron Rodgers talking about vaccines causing “turbo-cancer” and killing children. Rodgers then wonders about the nanobots implanted inside the Covid vaccines.— Denny Carter (@dennycarter.bsky.social) 2025-05-24T15:13:40.115Z more proof that the trans rights movement is morally just— Magnum, T.I.(M.) I suspect someone already knows they’re not working in the NFL ever again— Drew Magary (@drewmagary.bsky.social) 2025-05-24T15:41:21.867Z
Can’t believe independent minded, super genius Aaron Rodgers just happens to have the same dumb talking points as chuds. Weird how that happens.
Guys, we all know the funniest way for him to die would be via a curable illness he refuses to get vaccinated or treated for.
I’m too lazy to clip it but at one point Rogan and Aaron Rodgers talk about how attendees of Democratic fundraisers are drugged so they give to the party more easily— Denny Carter (@dennycarter.bsky.social) 2025-05-24T15:47:52.500Z
I love how people who call themselves "independent thinkers" and act like the smartest guy in the room invariably believe in the dumbest conspiracy theories a lot of children wouldn't fall for
In his defense, I'm not sure I'd want to attend a political fundraiser without some drugs in my system.
Aaron Rodgers believes that mountains are actually the petrified remains of giant, prehistoric trees. This is something he has openly talked about! This is not a smart guy! amp.awfulannouncing.com/nfl/aaron-ro...— Chris Towers is a small sample size All-Star (@cptowers.bsky.social) 2025-05-24T16:10:24.318Z
Even more - its wild how all these "independent thinkers" magically end up just repeating the same shit. What a coincidence of independent thought.
I've seen it said that it's not about some higher truth as much as that it's just about the arrogance of the person who holds the belief and thinking they know something others don't (see: user Shu). The truth is also harder to know and sometimes more complicated and intricate and doesn't fit into a 5 minute video that sounds cool.
Was reading new bumps itt while watching Your Friends and Neighbors. Olivia Munn is in it and she looks sensational. Imagine becoming such a loser weirdo you fumble that.
He also dated Danica Patrick who is also apparently a conspiracy theory moron. Wonder why it didn't work out.
My conspiracy theory is that his spiral into madness started when that relationship died. He’s always been an asshole, as evidenced by his family wanting nothing to do with him, but he really didn’t show extreme nutbar qualities until after him and Munn parted ways. Also, things don’t look good for Jordan Love in 10-15 years. Longtime Packers starters are/devolve into horrific human beings.
Conspiracy theorists are your classic arrogant dumb people. They aren’t smart enough to really comprehend and apply reality, so they fall for the stupidest “simple” explanation. Not surprising how many of them are also libertarian.
Keapernick kneeled once and got blackballed yet someone will still sign this freak and ruin their season.
