Classic Milan counterattack and great work by Casillas. Real Madrid has had far more opportunities, but Milan has had the better chances.
I take it Madrid scored? All I hear from my mom in the other room is "Mierda, hijo de puta, hijo de puta, mierda."
Milan gets screwed by the second big call of the game. Don't know what to make of the penalty... Hand went up to stop the cross, but I don't know about the intent. Pato's goal was legitimate, though.
Because he was doubting himself over the penalty and wanted to make it up to Madrid? Milan had some great breaks in the first half, so I'm OK with it, but that disallowed goal from Pato screamed class.
Dammit. My computer is acting slow as fuck. Then I get a call I have to take. What the fuck happened. My stream died too. :irush:
Kaka's shot takes a deflection and Dida is unable to control it. Ball rolls right to Benzema and he puts it in far post. Zambrotta goes on a run down the left flank and has a cross deflected by a Real Madrid player, which is called a penalty. Not sure how legitimate the penalty was, because I was busy screaming for joy when it happened... Ronaldinho takes the penalty as well as you possibly can (upper left-V and a rocket shot)... Few minutes later, Pato has a fantastic goal disallowed. Don't see how anyone can argue the legitimacy of Pato's goal. I think he's going to bag one eventually today... A lot of rough challenges and diving in the first half, though. Still, very exciting and I'm still shaking 45 minutes in.
Milan started the game looking for a Draw. Not surprised. Once RM scored the game opened up. It will be interesting how Milan comes out and plays in the second half. The game is getting chippy but I like that.
Serious question: Was the PK that bad? I mean, the defender goes in like a jackass with his arm outreached way about his head and it deflects off of his tricep or so.....
Milan has been far too careless tonight. I think we should be up 2-1, but still, way too many mistakes by Seedorf, Oddo, Nesta, and company.
