    This isn't the ACC thread so you may get more responses there. I personally have nothing on Syracuse, I don't think anyone saw them making it. Other than Boeheim's clout I don't see what their resume brings that another more deserving team doesn't.

    And I think part of the ACC's tough draw is that when you place 9 teams, most of whom are 9+, it's tough to set up the bracket so that none of them meet too soon. Really weird that VT is the only team in the East though.

    Whoops. CTRL + F'ed "ACC" and came to this thinking it was the ACC thread in my post-tourney snub fury.

    While I'm here, I'll say that I almost went to UVa and y'all have a beautiful campus. I had wanted to go to ND my whole life, but visited UVa in April before sending in my paperwork at ND and came thisclose to flipping at the very end. Amazing place and root for you guys outside of playing ND.

    I would call it like the Warriors losing Draymond. He might not be our #1 best player right now but he’s the one guy we absolutely cannot replace.

    Bad analogy because he also has the highest ceiling on the team, but I see that as his role on this team because of his versatility and ability to play the 2-4

    Yeah that’s where I am. This team can still make a run and, if anything, the lower expectations will make the whole thing a little less nerve wracking to watch. Arizona and Kentucky both officially scare the shit out of me now. I also was hoping for K State but I think creighton might be our better matchup without Hunter.
