Not necessarily true. One area of the law can get monotonous on occasion. It’s good to have your bread and butter and then pick and choose in other areas of the law to keep it from getting boring.
i use my passport at airports because goddamnit I paid ~$100 to renew it and goddamnit I’m gonna use it

I didn’t have a driver’s license for like 2 years and just used my passport for id. The only reason I didn’t get one was because I was too lazy and didn’t feel like messing with going and getting a new one.
Only when leaving/returning from Mexico (where I got pick pocketed and lost my driver’s license). I didn’t fly during the time I didn’t have my license because I hate it and never needed to anyways.
Basically if I know there is most likely going to be a line and waiting I do not do those things unless absolutely necessary, such as going to the dmv or flying.
