Sky Pirates (Io Sharai) and Shayna Baszler are ready. Particularly, what else is there left for Baszler to do on NXT? She’s ran through the division and is 38. If Lacey Evans is going to be your top female heel on Raw, then you need one on SD

Most everyone in NXT is "ready." That's a really arbitrary reason. I just don't get the facisnation with watching talent get wasted on the main roster. Enjoy the good stuff on nxt. And I say that as someone who doesn't watch nxt regularly.
There are a ton of NXT guys who are in featured spots and doing good things... Roman Seth Big E Xavier Braun KO Sami (new heel push) Becky IIconics Just to name a few
