About halfway through the 6th Behind the Bastards episode on Vince. I had no idea Pat Patterson was involved in a child molestation scandal and that Vince & Linda essentially got the victim to drop charges.

The explanation of how Vince got the scandal to go away was probably the most carny thing I've ever heard.

There's been a bunch of stories throughout the series that sound like they could easily be Donald Trump stories. They're both cut from the same exact cloth.

 

It's crazy this was 6 eps and it didn't even get in to the 2000's.

 

Yeah, that's kind of a let down. You could easily have a Behind the Bastards spinoff series on professional wrestling. Just so many awful people.

I guess that's kind of what Dark Side of the Ring is though.

 

I can both completely understand why they do this while also simply not being a fan of company branding being the defining feature of a belt, that said the new title looks pretty solid to me still
