latest rumors pointing to Money in the Bank at Intuit Dome in LA, as well as Survivor Series in San Diego San Diego's main arena is not great so I wonder if that'll be at SDSU's stadium
I truly wonder if it will be the most watched WWE live event ever, considering the time and Cena appearing heel AND availability on Netflix.
Appears Jey had a rough one tonight(today*). Pulled a top dolla and then his spear that won the match was so bad that Cole got confused and called it a cross body.
Feel like the cena promo was missing something and could have been better, but thought Cody response was exactly what was needed.
People have been waiting half of their lives to boo cena like this. Such a great way to have the farewell tour honestly
Penta-Breakker at Mania? I think Penta would go over and you can always heat up Bron again with King of the Ring or MITB.
Yeah a few rough sequences in there. Also if Theory's contract is up anytime soon, I'd be shocked if he gets re-signed at this point. He's pretty much a comedy jobber currently.
Still probably a multi-man match where Breakker doesn't eat the pin, but yeah gotta figure Breakker's being moved up the card post-Mania.
Great thing is they can hit up different Euro markets year after year. I hope they have Latin America on the docket for tv, those crowds will be electric too.
Pro wrestlers of course are famous for their ability to be the butt of a joke, not a thin skinned bunch at all
I think Undertaker is a pretty big fan of his. I remember him telling Mark Henry to go on his show when Henry mentioned he was doing some stand-up.
Tony is a big wrestling mark. Even if you’re into that kind of comedy, There are too many off limit subjects to have a real roast.
IIRC one of the main shoot interview companies (back when those DVDs were a thing, before podcasts killed that industry) had a wrestling roast and one of the comedians did an Owen Hart joke and a drunk or pilled out of his mind (probably both) Scott Hall got big time offended and tried to fight the guy Tony did some deal with Ric Flair not too long ago where a drunk or pilled out of his mind (probably both) Ric got up and left super upset, not sure what the exact joke or bit was that caused him to react like that. Probably something about Reid
I think it was just him being Nature Boy drunk and being an old man who doesn’t understand that particular brand of comedy at all. He was slurring something about being a role model for kids and couldn’t be associated with the language used. I think that ship sailed, Ric.
Former Wrestling Promoter lol Knowing how much Vince would go ape shit over that graphic makes it even better.
Not much of a fan of the NXT Underground stuff, but that's kinda what NXT is there for to try. Trick 100% going up to the main roster post-Mania.
Crowd for AEW will be non existent tonight (I know, I know). Supposed to have 6-10+ inches of snow with winds blowing 60-70mph all day. Already shut down Interstate 80 around here.
was gonna be a light crowd regardless but that sucks, hopefully the advertised wrestlers can all get there safe
my ticket connect is over AEW and doesn't want to go to Dynasty. I haven't been watching AEW as much but I would still definitely go if he got us good seats.
I was debating on trying to scoop some cheap tickets and make the drive to Omaha tonight but lol fuck that. If I lived 5 minutes from the arena I still wouldn't go in this shit.
I thought the same until I realized how big of a mess this was actually going to be. Although my power went out and I doubt we get it back anytime soon, so maybe I should risk it lol
If you did brave it, odds are you could work your way up to some really good seats with all the people that won't be there
I rolled my rumble winnings into floor seats tonight. I will be row 5 but in an entrance section. Will be looking to move over / closer as we get near start time.
