Ospreay vs OC or Claudio vs ZSJ for match of the night
If you were wondering if it was a short term or per appearance deal, appears it’s a full fledged contract
couldnt see assume some fan did something dumb
That black haired ref needs to go away he fucked up multiple matches on his counts. Overall super fun. The fans ran out of steam by the end of the main event though. I think part of it was half the crowd wanted tanahashi to win. Also mox bladed at a weird time when he hadn’t been hit
They probably also getting tired of this post main event brawl since it’s been happening on dynamite for like three weeks now
Everyone was waiting for a big save but it was Claudio again
Remember, fuck WWE
Fucking awesome show. Enjoyed every bit of it. Excited to see where Miro being misted goes. The inevitable Miro vs Brody King match is going to be great. Happy for PAC. Hope Cole is okay, these injuries are piling up. Also, Claudio showing up was fucking great and that pop he got was well deserved. Some great matches tonight.
okada biggest pop, Claudio definitely 2
Twitter said a fan tried to fight security.
that was the first AEW PPV I didn't buy in a while. gonna have to find a replay of it at some point.
good site for high quality zero hassle replays, they actually start uploading parts during the show
Anyone see where Cole got concussed? It was not apparent in the arena
well looks like it's time for another Vince victory lap to open the show tonight
Vince is a POS, but that's not new news. She made that allegation in 1992 on national TV. Vince has gotten away with a ton of shit for years.
Watching the replay. I think Cole got the concussion on the drop kick preceding the landslide, both from Okada, because the back of his head bounced off the mat on the dropkick. He seemed to be moving fine and acting normal before that.
Cole didn't look like he was putting in any effort to protect himself on the landslide as he didn't wrap his arms around Okada and they were basically limp like wet noodles, so I think he was out of it from the dropkick.
Appears Jay White knew something was up because he was talking directly into the refs ear right after the three count and the ref and medical checked on him right away.
Don't know how he knew because I didn't see any communication between the two, unless Cole collapsing to the mat avoid the Rainmaker clued him in. Either way, looks like White called an audible on his to prevent any further harm to Cole.
Can’t say I expected to see Chris Jericho on Raw tonight.
Bryan Danielson was on there too for the Cena tribute. Was surprised by both.
I love FTR so much lol
Dax does have a separated shoulder
That dude is a monster
I know it would have been a waste for a pop, but Forbidden Door needed Omega to come out to Devil's Sky. Hopefully next time.
Would have been so good. Him not being on it at all shows probably how far off he is from a return
So sounds like Alan 5 Angels' AEW contract has expired.
Well that didn't take long after being outed
Gave vacation package a whole new meaning, if only briefly
OC winning after the Body Slam was great.
Gunns too green
This match, damn
Blood and guts indeed.
Great finish. The Giant Swing on the cage made me legitimately uncomfortable. So insane.
So safe to say Santana legit hurt his knee right after he came in.
Yep. The amount of injuries in AEW right now is ridiculous.
That couldn’t have been the planned ending based on Eddie’s reaction
I want a Yuta/Garcia series
That was crazy and fun. I wonder if the pulled away mat was part of the plan?
The most ridiculous part of it is that Darby ISN’T
I think that was part of it. Only fuck up was the bell I think
Chuck T too
