Cody is going to win the rumble i think. But Roman having two titles and rumors they want to split them again so one is on each show, I could see some fuckery in rumble and potentially Roman v Sami one night and Roman v Cody other.
Could Sami and both Usos turn on Roman, Solo and Heyman? Based on Monday night I could possibly see a story building out of that and in someway they (Usos) could affect a potential match between Roman and Sami. I.e. Sami gonna pin Roman and solo tries to interrupt and jay or jimmy stop him and Sami wins the title. Or I could be talking out my ass too.
I believe it was when Becky Lynch won the rumble, the background producer was heard on the hot mic screaming at her to point at the fucking sign.
I think he just had surgery on his back. I want him to be back more than any other guy that could come back but I think we’re shit out of luck until Wrestlemania.
I saw Riddle got his black belt on IG. Wonder how much longer he will be out. He doesn’t do much for me, rather just more curious.
I know everyone's quick to jump on her because she's a shitty person but I have to imagine that was a plant, she seemed to be leaning in pretty hard on a lib tear type shtick without explicitly going there
My predictions: Final 4 for the Men’s #RoyalRumble - Cody Rhodes (winner) - Seth “Freakin” Rollins (runner-up) - Austin Theory (eliminates Sami and gets nuclear heat) - Sami Zayn Final 4 for the Women’s #RoyalRumble - Rhea Ripley (Winner) - Becky Lynch (runner-up) - Liv Morgan - Naomi
I'm hoping for a Cody/Sami or Cody/Rollins double elimination for the win to set up 2 title matches at WM with Roman losing both
I am assuming Chelsea Green finally makes her WWE return today during the women's Rumble match. She's been under contract since sometime in December.
I hated that back in 94 and I just don't think it does any favors to either guy because inevitably people will choose sides, it totally put the nail in the coffin for Lex as a main eventer in WWF. It ends up a little lose-lose because you probably don't want Roman losing night 1, so it ends up having whoever takes the fall night 1 look like they can't win the big one. I prefer having one major world champion as opposed to two, so even after Roman loses I hope the world title and tag titles stay unified. You're almost never gonna have a scenario where both world champions feel equal in status so might as well give all that clout to 1 guy only. Sami main eventing WM would be a nice moment but I just don't see upside there business wise in the aftermath. Underdogs make for nice stories in the chase but once they get the title there's a "now what?" element that happened with Bryan/Kofi/Hangman. All had pretty meh title runs and didn't really move the needle much. I don't think Cody winning would lead to a new boom period or anything but the American Nightmare version of him is still fresh enough in WWE where you could potentially elevate him to major superstar status and WWE needs more of those right now than they need feel good underdog moments. Roman's long title reign ending should ideally set up another face of the company type guy. Not to mention a good chunk of the people I see online saying Sami needs to beat Roman are people who hate WWE so some of that stuff feels disingenuous.
She's not right now. They just haven't had anything for her creatively is what I've read. If true, don't really know why you sign someone without having any idea what you want to do with them though. But I also just read this weekend that they plan to use her as a comical Karen character upon her return
My guess is that they have Matt Cardona debut during the Men's Rumble, or at least make a guest appearance. I know they hav ebeen wanting to resign him but I haven't seen a thing about his contract status with anyone. I feel like they were holding off on Chelsea Green so both she and Cardona could debut together.
people that like professional wrestling want long a great professional wrestler to win a title is disingenuous?
its you sharing every piece of speculation and gossip you see on Twitter, we know you don't actually have any original thoughts of your own
After looking at your posting history filled with all sorts of insightful original thought, lol at you being the guy saying I don't have any original thoughts
It's disingenuous for people who claim to not watch WWE or want WWE to fail to say "This is the only way the RR/WM should go" this is a lie, whenever Brock Lesnar had a belt the other world champion was never on his level
