Bray Wyatt haters rejoice because there's rumors of Bray being off Wrestlemania and out indefinitely due to "creative issues" He should just go somewhere like Impact and be a big fish there where he can use all his weird ideas at will
I always felt Impact and Bray were perfect for one another. Bray adds a name Impact desperately needs and because Bray has that name Impact can let him do whatever he wants.
I saw he was home with personal issues... something along the lines of mental health stuff. But if its just creative that's a relief
I love Bray's mind. But it just hasn't translated to fun matches much. I feel like the last really compelling program for him was Randy. And that Mania match was still a weird one but the build was great. I think he should probably go make movies or write. He could tell a better story. But I agree Impact would give him some room to work.
It really sucks that he had this pretty awesome return and then they put that shitty Black Out match as his return matchup... It gave everyone vibes of Vince creative and the red light matches. Then he is believed to be doing something with Uncle Howdy + Alexa for Mania and that got changed so Lashley had someone to wrestle.
Brays head is huge if you believe dirtsheets. Definitely could see him not liking wwe trying to reign in his weird ass program. Also rumors last time he was cut he was asking for so much money that it ruled out all smaller promotions. If that's true don't see him going to Impact
If what we got from him since his return until Lashley and even pitch black was his unfiltered ideas, then wwe needs to filter him because it was crap. And if he doesn't want to be filtered, then it's probably not going to work. WWE probably doesn't understand his ideas enough to work with him on it, but this is as much on Bray as WWE this time around
Yeah I don't think we have any idea how much of this new Bray stuff is filtered or him having creative freedom. I will say that they may have given him freedom and changed gears coming out of that pitch black match. I'm not going to hold the pitch black match concept against him... that's a business call they attempted to work with. But the few weeks before the match was rough.
He’s probably not getting a match on Mania but I’m hoping for an LA Knight promo segment that brings out Austin for a “What? Yeah!”-off and a stunner
Bray hasn't been really compelling since he was a cajun cult leader. The Cena feud was the end of him, imo, and that was forever ago. Everything since has been a series of occasionally interesting ideas that never translated to good matches or worthwhile feuds.
Bray’s return was great. The problem was they didn’t tell enough of the story each week. He was popping huge ratings so they dragged his story out. I thought the Wyatt6 was a great idea, give him a stable of freaks and now you can have multiple programs. Vincent and that other guy from ROH were nice fits. Bring back Bo in a serious gimmick willing to do anything for his brother. But somewhere along the way Uncle Howdy got weird, got his ass beat by Lashley (thought that was a huge mistake), and the mystique was gone. My best guess is it was a combination of stretching it out for ratings and Vince getting involved somehow. Vince’s fingerprints are suddenly all over the show.
the Fiend was a really cool gimmick in concept but the way the character is conceived it basically can't sell let alone lose so its DOA

They should bring Bray back with his beard shaved off and present him as Husky Harris and just have no one acknowledge it except Kevin Owens who is incredulously running around demanding to know why everyone is pretending not to know that he’s Bray Wyatt Then they can have Husky team with Ezekiel and take the tag titles that Owens and Sami win off the Usos at Wrestlemania Like and subscribe for more great booking ideas
