even Mexico? beINSport1 @beINSport1USA Pleased to confirm that we now have the rights to all the away games for the United States World Cup qualifiers #beIN
Grant Wahl @GrantWahl BeIN Sport has worked out a deal with Comcast, nation's largest cable provider.
Now that they carry it, I wonder if it'll automatically be included in the "sports package" i already pay a little extra for, or if i'll have to pay even more to get it.
Steven Goff @SoccerInsider beIN Sport will be available in English on Comcast's Xfinity TV Sports Entertainment Package & in Spanish on MultiLatino Package
Adding to Comcast’s leadership in offering the most live sports on television and online, beIN SPORT will be available in Spanish on the Xfinity TV MultiLatino Package and in English on the Xfinity TV Sports Entertainment Package.
I'll be curious to see how quickly its available, and whether all markets will get it at once. I'd really like to watch that US/Jamaica game in a couple weeks. Any idea on whether it'll be in HD or not?
i was reading the Comcast forum earlier and one user got feedback from them saying they were gonna try and roll it out this week, but for now it would be in spanish and not in HD. if true. Any Comcast users had it added to their lineup yet? nothing so far in Jacksonville...
If it's the Spanish channel, I'm not sure the USA games will be on then. The Spanish Bein channel has CONMEBOL qualifying games Friday, not the USA game.
It should have been on there last week. Check around the guide. There is a workaround to get English commentary on the Spanish channel.
I don't have anything either as far as I can tell. if anyone is in the Philly area and could tell me the channel I'm missing I'd greatly appreciate it.
Looks like I got beIN sports added..... Its in the spanish section of channels. Not in HD either. FUCK YOU COMCAST
Any rumors? Fox keep it. If they have 1 channel for all these leagues next year I'm going to be quite upset.
pretty embarrassing for ESPN to get outbid by NBC Sports after the amount of money/time they've spent promoting the sport the last ten years
Dont get me wrong: I despise ESPN as much as the next guy, but this is more of an indicator of how ridiculous NBC's bid was than ESPN. NBC more than tripled last year's bid. Somehow, I think ESPN will be okay.
Grant Wahl @GrantWahl BeIN Sport has reached a distribution deal with Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks.
it's great that Comcast has picked up BeIN, but I have to major problems with it still. 1. it's not in HD 2. it's the fucking beaner version.
