Delivering a murder weapon would definitely make me question his character but I am not an NBA executive.
Ja Morant gets suspended for taking a gun to strip club, but the NBA endorses taking a gun to a murder. Yeah that kind of has me questioning where their values lie at the moment.
Oh man this is so disappointing. I was totally expecting our enlightened and open minded member base to consider the possibility that maybe their initial reaction to a situation could have been misguided or lacking in context. Really surprising behavior from some of the posters here
Shame on all of you who have a problem with Miller providing a murder weapon, how could you be so close minded
So your angle is that the potential biased or irrational perspective I might have on the situation if he played for one of my rivals is the acceptable way to examine this situation? solid take
It's probably that because he played for your team and made it all the way to the sweet 16 as a 1 seed, you have bias in the other direction. No Bama fan is able to be objective about anything related to Bama.
Almost as disappointing as expecting our extremely intelligent and open minded Alabama fanbase to not be paste eating dipshits
Using the term “facts of the case” in this instance displays a fundamental lack of understanding of what “ evidence” or information we have and how the judicial process works I fully understand thats how this thread has operated and dont expect anyones opinion to change but its worth reiterating
My bias goes as far as waiting until the trial to make definitive statements about peoples involvement or character. I have a hard time seeing where that’s unreasonable
I’m shocked that a bunch of nba executives that have a chance to draft a really good player are going to hype up his character
I heard that during the broadcast and couldn't fucking believe it. They were praising his character... I was like WTF?????
The rub the entire time was that Alabama didn't know and seemingly didn't care about the facts of the case either.
Ah yes, I ALWAYS avoid definitive statements about peoples involvement or character until THE COURT CASE HAS BEEN DECIDED. In every situation. Like a normal person
Same NBA execs that played/employ Jason Kidd after beating his wife? Deshawn Stevenson after raping a 14 year old? Same NBA about to employ Miles Bridges after kicking the shit out of his wife in front of his 5 year old? Rajon Rondo? Richaun Holmes? Great call, dickhead.
What context was missed in the initial reaction? Also, you're aware that intel is coming from Miller's agent, right?
Nashville politics is honoring a recently deceased bishop for his work on reducing gun violence and then the very next resolution is honoring Brandon Miller for being drafted.
